The island’s biggest and busiest resort has two very different faces. Along the beachfront is a three-kilometre long, unbroken strip of shops, restaurants and night spots. By contrast, the old port is a picturesque spot busy with fishing and pleasure boats, and overlooked by restaurants and bars, many occupying a lofty balcony position on the hill. Adjacent, the swish marina of Puerto Calero offers excursions by yacht, submarine or catamaran.

The restaurant food was plentiful and had a a good variation .Unfortunately when you first went in it looked like a cafeteria ,i suggest that the evening meal had tablecloths on the tables ,also that the dress code was adhered to in the evenings..People were in flipflops shorts and teeshirts. hotel nice good entertainment staff but dissapointed with kids club lucky if on a hour a day so my son was bored food ok ,shotage of staff for amount of people there they worked really hard .

Flott rom, flott hotell, nær flyplassen, et lite stykke unna Puerto del Carmen sentrum, men greit å få en liten gåtur på kvelden. Veldig god service, veldig god frokost. Litt dumt at man må betale dyrt for internett, og da virker det kun i resepsjonsområdet. Ellers alt supert!

en general buen hotel, familiar y bien situado frente a la playa buenas y espaciosas habitaciones limpieza diaria y un trato excelente por todos los trabajadores , solo un pequeño punto negativo para el bufet, algo repetitivo y poca variedad pero en general todo muy bien
