Good position close to Sheikh Zayed Road. Hotel in good condition throughout but kitchen staff shouting to themselves all night long, very bad experience when all I wanted to do was go to sleep after a long flight. Reception staff no help in keeping noise down.

I booked this hotel at a special rate for two weeks. I wanted a decently priced apartment with full kitchen and washing machine, so this was a perfect choice. The pros: Hotel staff was helpful, room service did a perfect job every day and the location is good, right next to the metro station and Mall of Emirates. Al Barsha isn't an exciting area, but […] the cheap transportation takes you everywhere quickly in Dubai. The cons: I had buffet breakfast once at the hotel restaurant and it was nothing to write home about, but since the room had a kitchen and all the equipment, I made my own meals. The hotel had a good appearance when I got there and people were nice. I did have to sign something saying no alcohol or guests in the room. Kind of weird but no big deal. The room was large and mostly clean. The phone was pretty dirty looking and there were some unplugged electronics on the side of the bed that I don't know what they were for. The […] bathroom was not the cleanest thing I have ever seen but it wasn't horrible overall. My biggest complaint was the shower. There was obvious black mold growing in all four corners. I am not normally one to complain but this was actually scarry to shower in. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. I got back to my hotel later that afternoon and no one had done anything about it. I paid for the hotel for the entire night but was checking out at 10PM. After explaining the issue I would have expected them to work with me on the pricing or do something nice. They did nothing and did not seem to really care. That was extremely frustrating. 詳情

I was travelling with my wife and mother after making Pilgrimage to Mecca (hajj) to Dubai for several days and wanted an apartment style hotel with full kitchen and laundry. This apartment was very big! Three bathrooms a full kitchen , living room and dinning room. The Apartment is about 4min walking distance to the Emirates mall. Its a block away from the Rashidiya rail station and about a 10min or less drive to Jumeriah Beach. The hotel is next door to some cute little cafes with some pretty good sandwiches. We found the rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Any problems we had (which were small) were corrected immediately. I really liked the location and easy access to main roads. Got a great price on hotels.com, but couldn't find the same rates for this place a week later. Would have liked to have stayed at Rose Garden Hotel Apartments Barsha […] again, but didn't want to pay an unreasonable price. I wasn't expecting the nice and friendly people. Really was good value for money through Hotel.com The only problem was the advance payment for the booking from my credit card. Thanks Hotel.com and the hotel management. Very satisified. Recommended.

Udemærket hotel til et par dage i Dubai. Gode store værelser, lav pris der reflektere beliggenheden, dog tæt på Mall of the Emerates er altid et plus, samt nem adgang til hovedvej 11 både nord og sydgående. Kätevän kävelymatkan päässä Mall of Emirates -kauppakeskuksesta, metroasema aivan vieressä. Rannalle oli mentävä taksilla. Hotellin altaalla hyvin tilaa. Huone tilava ja uudet kodinkoneet ja jääkaappi olivat oikein toimivia. Avulias henkilökunta.

Otelin konumu ve odaların temizliği harika, odalar hergün temizlendi, personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ayrıca metro 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde olması çok iyi. Burj Al Arab ve plajada taksi ile 10 dk mesafede, fiyatına göre cok kaliteli bir otel.

Ikke lydisoleret, meget larm fra klappende døre.

Et fint hotell med god service og romslige og rene leiligheter. Vi leide et studio i 10 netter og savnet et sted på rommet å slappe av på kvelden når vi hadde lagt barnet. Anbefaler for familier å leie leilighet med minst et soverom, hvor det er adskilt stue med sofa. Hotellet ligger kun 5-10 minutters gange fra Mall of Emirates noe som er gunstig. […] Litt langt unna stranden for de som ønsker det, ettersom man må ta taxi (som er ekstremt billig) for å komme seg dit. Flott med barnebasseng på takterrassen som ellers var veldig behagelig å oppholde seg på. Flott med vaskemaskin på alle rom, slik at vi fikk vasket klær underveis i ferien. Ved ankomst må du skrive under på at man ikke kan ta med alkohol på rommet, eller få gjester som ikke selv bor på hotellet. Restauranten prøvde vi ikke, men den var heller kke særlig innbydende og har heller ikke alkoholservering. Så hvis du synes dette er strengt er ikke dette hotellet for deg. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, servicen fra de ansatte og kan også anbefale hotellets tilbud om transport til og fra flyplassen. Vi ville nok valgt et annet hotell neste gang, men det er p ågrunn av at vi ville bodd nærmere stranden og gode restauranter. 詳情

Vi er en lille famile fra Vejle som boede der i 10 dag. Det var virkelig en dejlig oplevelse.. Alt funkerede og de var så hjælpsomme... Kan varmt anbefales
