This hotel was very convenient being at the 'loop' and so we could easily get to many of the best sites especially Grant Park and the Millenium Stadium for the Blues festival. Also Sears tower and many of the Art Deco bulidings nearby. The staff were very helpful with all our queries about sightseeing etc etc. Nothing was to much trouble. Only stayed one night- location was good. Near to Millenium Park. Room very basic, no extras, however very clean and as we only needed bed for the night was adequate. Do not feel would have suited for a longer stay however. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. Business, right location, etc. The room was small, but that wasn't an issue. The food is great in the restaurant!

I was in town for a conference. This was close to the train to the airport and lots of food options even late night. Everyone was nice as well. The room wasn't huge but it was perfect for a quick stay. I had room to workout and keep all my things safe.

This is an excellent hotel in a very central location making it very easy to get to numerous sites in the downtown area. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgable making for a great stay. It's also very reasonably priced for what you receive and the location. I'd stay there again, no doubt about it!

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Chicago. The hotel rates are very competitive and parking is only $22 per night. Jackson subway station is only minutes away. I will definitely return to this hotel if I come back to Chicago.

Very good service and the location of the hotel is fantastic. Service was very good and the employees were friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The only minus is the room was incredibly tiny. All in all it was a very good weekend get away.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Central Loop Hotel for a weekend getaway for my birthday. The staff were wonderful. The room was small and no chairs in it. After a long day sitting on the bed was not at all relaxing. The bar was a blast. Very close to the theater.

This place was great..before checking in I was a bit concerned about the size of room based on some reviews. The good news was that the room was not that small. Very comfortable for 2 people in a queen size standard room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Walked about 4 minutes from Union Station.

Great location, attentive staff, convenient bar and food. Reminded me of a dorm room - complete with the rowdy guests. Dumpsters being emptied just outside our third floor room on Sunday morning added to the experience.

I don't know how this hotel had a four star guest rating. It's appears to be a set of small efficiency apartments that are sold as hotel rooms when not rented. I'm not sure what the "club" part of it is, as the hotel had two different names. The room was about 90 degrees when I arrived in early spring (cold outside) with no way to cool it down. If you're looking for a box to sleep in and can get it for a lot less than I was paying, then it might be worth it, but the rate I had for the nights I was there was almost as much as I would have paid at a much nicer hotel down the street. I stayed in a "small room", which seriously is the size of a dorm room at best. However, the purpose of the room was to have a place to sleep and shower, and it definitely served that purpose. It was clean and comfortable. You can hear people entering their rooms and the doors closing, which was a little weird.
