It was good , food was good .. clean rooms but i guess the service in the Restaurants and on the beach or pool wasn't up to its 5 Star rating for those know what 5 Stars mean .. but overall I'd give it 4 out of 5 ..Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Perfect quick getaway"
The hotel provides all the relaxation u need, just avoid the weekends cause it will be crowded and the beach is relatively small . The food is great , the room view superb (the superior sea view rooms) , the service is friendly & quick. So enjoy to the max:)Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Not at all 5 stars"
The hotel was a disappointment. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service was less than mediocre. Room was not clean and worn out- towels were grey. They only bring you a free botel of water the first day then hardly get anything to you at all. Overall though it was alright.. The location was great and the beach clean. The pool was really nice with […] a view of the sea and an in water bar. Food was fine. We began to enjoy ourselves at night during the animation, they had all the kids dancing and followed by some fun for the parents too. So as long as my kids are happy, I am happy. "Ok for locals, not an international standard hotel"
Overall OK service. Not an international standard by any means. Seems to be mainly for locals, which is fine. Rooms are generally in an acceptable condition. Towels don't appear to be too clean. Service for meals was horrible but that is just the case in most Egyptian restaurants - waiters don't really care about providing the service nor are they professional. "Mövenpick Resort El Sokhna review"
The hotel has amazing location and its very convient as its one hour from cairo. The service could improve though and the rooms need upgrading like instead of cable tv LCD's would be more convient in the rooms. The food was really good. "Flott hotell beskjemmet av noe taktløs betjening"
Generelt sett meget godt, men resepsjonistene forsøkte å ta betaling for andre gang til tross for at det sto i reservasjonen at hotellet allerede var betalt ved bestilling på hotels.com, samt at servitører kikket i tips-lommen allerede før gjesten hadde snudd ryggen til å fikk en stor latter og en pekefinger mot seg fordi servitør mente at han hadde […] fått en latterlig liten tips-lomme. taktløst og lite servicebydende. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
