We loved our stay in Bay of Palms and we'll be back! Thanks a lot!

The hotel (if you can call it a hotel) is near a shopping Mall and the airpoirt, but far for walking to the beach, you will need a car There is NO room service, this means no towels changed, no bed made, no bathroom cleaned and no soap and shampoo Also you will need to remove the trash when you leave... and clean the dishes and cups (or you will be […] charged for it...) Hotel is all good and quiet close to airport and must see tourist destination.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this hotel. It was great. The staff are so friendly, the place is beautiful, and right on a lake and also a 5 min drive from beaches. The room we stayed in was brilliant, nice and open and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommend a one bedroomed apartment rather than studio if you plan on eating in at all, even if only a breakfast. The bedding and towels are spotless and the studio had been cleaned to a degree but it was in need of a more. The manageress came with the vacuum immediatley I mentioned it. Beautiful outdoor area and pool. Rooms very simple but clean. Bed not very comfortable and bathroom cupboards need maintenance because of damp/ musty smell. Then it would rate as excellent!!

I loved my stay even though it was for a funeral. Ann and Ian are gracious hosts!!

My husband and I recently spent an enjoyable week at the Bay of Palms Resort. It was in a very convenient location, being next door to a good sized shopping mall, close to a number of restaurants and clubs, and close to beaches and swimming areas. The weather was not the best at the time of our stay so we really appreciated the excellent pool and spa […] A modern TV with teletext was a real bonus too!. The resort offered very good value for money but next time we would go for a one bedroomed unit rather than a studio unit as we disliked having to wash up dishes in the bathroom basin. 詳情

Very nice for the cost. Nice outlook over the lake. There was a problem with the bed rolling around this needs urgent attention. The cleaners were waiting outside our door and wanting to get in prior to the agreed 10am vacating time. This caused some stress to my partner and is not polite. This hotel was perfect for everything you need and more. It has great facilities, pool, spa, bbq etc. For a cheap hotel I felt as though you recieved expensive rooms and service. My boyfriend and I were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment on arrival. The room was very neat and tidy and was fully self contained. We arrived for a nice and relaxing long weekend, of 3 nights and 4 days. We were surprised with the layout of the complex. We were instantly pleased with what we saw as a first impression. We liked everything about it. 友人宅に一番近かったので使ってみました．すぐ隣が大きなショッピングセンターで，何でもあるし，お土産にも便利です．ゴールドコーストの空港からも，サーファーズパラダイスからも車で15分程度で近いです．日本語ナビ付きレンタカーを借りれば問題ありません．滞在費もとても安いうえに，中庭にはちゃんとプールやジャグジー付きのお風呂やゲーセン，バーベキューコーナーまで付いています．高級ホテルではありませんので，部屋はある程度我慢しなければなりませんが，私たち夫婦二人には十分でした．

Hotel très bien situé entre la mer, les parcs et les réserves naturelles. Environnement agréable avec galerie marchande proche. Bémol en ce qui concerne les chambres communicantes, une seule porte séparant celles-ci d'où un manque total d'intimité. Très bon accueil

Superbe établissement très bien entretenu. Qualité des services. Proximité d'un centre commercial ou tous types de commerces sont implantés. Etablissement implanté dans un endroit calme. Le seul petit bémol est l'éloignement de la plage.
