Very good choice for short stay in Singapore at the airport. Much to do and see without leaving the immediate area. Excellent transportation to the city center and tourist locations. A little expensive but worth the price. Will stay there again next time in Singapore.

This is a very good hotel, I've stayed here several times in the past 12 months. You simply cannot beat it after arriving in SIN from a long flight and a quality hotel is connected to the terminal. Simply get the Skytrain to T3 and you are there. Perfect for relatively short stops in SIN and you can still get a cheap cab fare to the Hawker food and/or […] East Coast Seafood Centre to sample some of SIN's finest cuisine. The only criticism I have is there never seem to be enough staff on the front desk - there's always 2 staff for usually 5-6 people waiting. The rest of the experience is great though - rooms, food options and the pool. It's actually kind of a novelty too to have your room overlooking Changi's runway if you are remotely interested in aviation - but don't worry - the double or triple glazed glass means you won't get an interrupted night's sleep from the planes arriving or departing. Loved this hotel. My only gripe was on the service I received when asking about wireless internet. I was told that wireless was not available in my room or in the place I was to have breakfast. I was told I could go to the bar, buy a drink and get free wireless. I had just got off a long flight, was jet lagged, and didn't want to go to the bar. No wifi in the room, if you need wifi, you have to go down at the lobby cafe, first purchase a drink, than you can get the password for limited time. Not very good. At 5 pm, no one took care for the pool, it was very difficult to have a pool towel. It doiesn't get much better. Relatively new hotel but really good amenities and a quality hotel. The reception can be slow and a bit clunky esp if you are exhausted after a long flight. Aside from that everything else is really very good. You have to book the spa in advance.

We stayed one night between our flights. Hotel was very convinient as it was easy to access from all terminals. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. There was nice pool at the hotel. We would highly recommed this hotel.

Great location if between flights, good freshen up and very clean room. Wouldn't recommend a king size room for 2 adults n child as not enough room to sleep ( good job was only for 1 night!!!!! It's a cool hotel I like it. It's attached to the airport and there are some many things to do at the airport you really don't need to leave. Lol. But do leave seriously. This hotel is connected to the singapore airport, so incredibly convenient for a flight layover. There was not help with getting luggage to your room, but you can take the airport carts. The room was beautiful, very clean, with a great bathtub. Beds are a bit hard. I would definitely go back.

stayed overnight between flights.price more expensive than airport transit hotel but accomodation 100 times better. only could be more convienienty if didnt have to clear customs and immigration to enter hotel.overall our stay was fantastic

This was my 4th stay at this hotel - it's the perfect place when you have an overnight transit in Singapore. What a wonderful way to ease into your flight to or from Singapore - a beautiful setting, romantic pool, wonderful considerate staff, luxurious rooms, steps from the terminals and steps from the subway into downtown Singapore. Just lovely!

If you have no intention of venturing farther than the airport or have a short layover then this is the perfect hotel. Very upscale rooms, nice fitness center, amazing pool. Service was ok for Singapore. Wi-fi was expensive. Breakfast buffet was outstanding

A bit on the pricey side, but loved the hotel anyway. Convenient, can easily get to downtown via subway ($2 singapore), just a very nice feel to the place. If you don't want to eat in the restuarants, there's a food court in the lower level that is chock full of various dishes...and cheap! Recommend!

It is always best to keep expectations very low when booking into an airport hotel, as they tend to disappoint. Crown Plaza Changi is the exception. We stayed one night on the executive floor. If you have an overnight layover in Singapore and want a real bed to sleep in, this hotel is a great option. It's much nicer than most transfer hotels I've seen and is located in Terminal 3 of the airport. This is the best airport hotel I have stayed in. Very modern rooms. Breakfast was very extensive but not cheap.Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The only criticism would be that we had to pay for the use of internet.

I've stayed at Crowne Plaza numerous times, the hotel is perfectly situated if you arriving late, taking an early flight or transiting. We arrive from Paris at 6.30 am. Of course our room would not be ready but they offered us membership of their Club Lounge for a very reasonable rate considering what was included. This is a very nice hotel with access to terminal 3. Great for an early am flight. Quite far from the city center. Internet is not free which it should be given the hotel rates. Food was excellent.

I stayed here because of a very early flight out of Singapore and found this hotel to be top quality with a location adjacent to the terminal. I didn't have any time to explore the hotel but it was a reasonable taxi ride to Singapore Center, the Marina and Sentosa Island.

The only real hotel located right at the airport - very nice, but also a bit expensive (usually). Next time I need just a few hours of sleep I will probably try the terminal hotel located inside the terminals - a lot cheaper and you don't have to enter Singapore through immigration etc.
