Guests must check in at 1500 Highway 17 N., Suite 212, in Surfside Beach (next to Ultimate California Pizza). The office is in the far back left-hand corner of the courtyard.
The check-in office is open from 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Saturday. Guests arriving after hours or on Sunday must proceed directly to the Myrtle Beach Resort security-guard gate, provide their name, and advise the guard they are with Beach Vacations in order to receive their check-in packet.

"Myrtle Beach Resort: Not the view we expected"

The accomodations were nice but the room was advertised as having an ocean view. You could just about see the ocean from one corner of the balcony. Other than the view, all the ramps were located in the back of the building which no one advised us of. The kids enjoyed all of the pools and th ocean. I would return again.

We were able to find a good deal, at a great location, for a fun weekend. The room was clean, the grounds were well kept. The check in was a little confusing, could have used a contact number for the resort, for any questions about check in location. "never rent from MYRTLE BEACH MANAGEMENT"

The resort is nice; however, the Myrtle Beach Managemrent Company, responsible for assigning you a unit is the most unprofessional rental company ever. The condo they gave to us was filthy. Office staff made no effort to assist us. We spent all day trying to get a clean unit by calling several 3rd parties because MBM staff would not assist. After 4 […] hours of phone calls, we were told by MBM staff we would need to get the sheets out of the filthy unit to put in the newly assigned unit!
