檯前服務員的態度差及不禮貌，特別是灰色褸的男服務員，極不願意協助客人，又當著客人面前責罵另一個服務員，問為什麼要幫我們。可能因是外地遊客便不願意協助，所以不會向朋友推薦這家酒店。

位置: 酒店位處打浦橋站, 約需10分鐘左右步程才到達酒店, 另前往市中心線需頻繁轉線, 不太方便 配套: 酒店大堂設有wifi, 唯大堂只放置2張座椅, 要經常站著上網 酒店: 房間偏小, 行中央暖氣, 室內溫度一度升至28度亦未能調較, 住宿3天每晚均會熱醒, 只好開窗散熱, 唯房間乾淨整潔, 整體尚算滿意

酒店鄰近地鐵站,步行5至10分鐘,而且附近有很多大型商場,但大部份商店和餐廳在晚上10點關門,所以食晚餐,要早點兒,否則很難找東西食.

上海徐匯瑞峰大酒店 交通尚算方便 , 但柜台服務生欠缺笑容 , 每天早上執房人員都大力関門 , 發出大量噪音 , 影響其他房間還`在睡覺的客人 Courtesy Desk provide helpful service to me. Room is clean and big. Overall, hotel is good with reasonable price.

交通位置很好, 住的部分大致都很好, 但是服務人員臉都很臭還很不專業...入住時櫃檯人員刷卡後卡片沒給我, 我也忘了拿回,等到我發現, 緊急問櫃檯, 他們才說有我的卡片...超過20小時了...沒想到 飯店完全不通知, 不告知...如果我沒發現...應該就慘了...原來這是4星飯店的服務...我只能趕快打電話回台灣報廢我的信用卡...很糟很糟很糟的濫經驗!!!

飯店為公寓式飯店。基本上服務不多。沒有Room Service。也沒有送餐服務。但會定期清掃。房間乾淨舒適。比鄰盧灣、徐匯，步行可至9號線、10號線地鐵。著名景點：(類似台灣台北的華山藝文中心+酒吧街)田子坊在隔飯店一條馬路的地方。往該方向延瑞金二路散步可至舊法租界的思南公館、周恩來公館舊址、孫文上海住所。附近選擇老宅改裝的咖啡店很多。在上海市中心卻很靜謐。

高層的房間空調不夠,床舖感覺潮濕,訂房時說明有免費上網,但櫃台的職員堅持說要收費除非我們拿出確認書上有註明,擾攘很久之後終於開放房間的寬頻上網,但經常斷線好麻煩

1.碰到好几间房空调自动升至30度的问题，睡到一半热死了，总机还叫我们打开窗户睡觉。顿时脸上三条线。后来大堂经理处里得宜，但四星级不应出现此问题的。 3.网络需另外付费，房间热水够大够热还不错。 4.酒店招牌不明显不好找，餐厅招牌比酒店还清楚，可能告诉司机饭馆名字还容易找到些。 5.住房安静不吵，环境还不错，地铁站，吃东西都方便。 6.男柜台人员口气不和善，礼宾部态度很好。

The hotel is remodel from a original condominium, some room has full renovation, some room's bathroom remained the same (old/dirty). On the side building, they only have 2 elevators for 37 floors (5 unit each floor), so usually you have to wait a while for elevators. Be very careful booking this hotel. From what the hotel manager told me, they don't […] have rooms with 2 twin/double/queen, unless you are booking 2 bedroom suite. So the 2*twin room are actually 2*single bed, and from my observation of other rooms, king size is actually more like queen/double. I booked Superior Twin Room, came with 2 single bed and shower stall washroom. The room is really small not much spare room left. However, it did came with a relative big balcony. The location is pretty convenient, about 5~7 min walk to subway, has Macdonald/KFC for late night snack. Pretty close to EXPO site. This definitely does not deserve a 4* rating, more like 3 or 2.5*. 詳情

Firstly , This hotel does NOT have a swimming pool or gym as advertised. My wife and I stayed here for 13 nights and were very disappointed on all aspects which was nothing like the advertised hotel. The room was dirty , we had a toilet blockage on the first day which took 12 hours to repair and the standard of cleaning was basic to useless despite […] complaining. Views from the hotel were of other buildings in close proximity so if you want a view of shanghai --- it isnt here !! This Raymont is on the north side of a large apartment complex from another Raymont on the south side. I have stayed at both. This one is in better shape than the other. Close to shopping areas and bus/subway. It's serviced apartment style lodging. Some of the rooms are located in next building so it can be slightly inconvenient. Clean room, the suite I booked is spacious with kitchenette. Overall good place to stay if it is close to where you want to be.

The hotel staff was cordial and most knew English. The bed was very comfortable which you don't always get in Asia. The water for the shower/bath never got warm enough...luke warm was about it.
