Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年01月23日留下評價酒店整體上錯，整潔，有懷舊味道，位於繁華購物地段，交通方便；職員態度友善。我住的雙人套間面積比較小，容下兩張椅子。房間窗口對天井，所以沒觀景，但也較清淨。最滿意是要每天多收15美元行政費，說是用來提供上綱及房間內的免費咖啡，有点巧立名目！

由 "Hong Kong" 的 Grace 於 2011年05月24日留下評價This hotel is very convenient. Union Square is in the prime spot of San Francisco downton, which is also where The Mosser is located. This hotel doesn't provide lots of service, but staffs there are really nice and helpful. I was looking for a bookstore, but most chain bookstores have been closed down in SFO. Still the staffs there paid much effort in finding me a bookstore location. The room is small, and not realy quiet, but it's clean! Anyway, I feel sufficient and satisfied becos of its location, and not too costly!

Hotels.com probably shouldn't list hotels like these (the Tenderloin distrcit) it can be a scary neighborhood especially at night where there's no one available, in fact, you are given front gate key. There's basically no maid service and the building is very run down and old. You will basically dread having to go back to this hotel every night even […] if you only care about a bed to sleep on. On the bright side, they do have WiFi and HBO. 詳情

The neighbourhood is full of drug dealers and people yells at you as one passes by. Guests at the hotel were pretty weird too, one day a guy with his t-shirt All covered in blood opened the door for us. Prices were much too high, both compared to already expensive San fran, but also in the perspective of a non-convincing guest experience.

This hotel is HORRIBLE!!! Though they currently have renovated the bathroom, the lobby and room are so gross and smelly. It doesn't worth the price at all! I actually only stayed for one night and cancelled the rest 3 days of reservation. It's been over one month and the hotel manager has become unreachable for hotels.com, so I still didn't get my refund! […] This is the most unpleasant hotel experience I ever had!!! 詳情
