Hotel would have had a great rating from us if not for a very loud group of students on our floor from 10 pm to midnight. We called the front desk to complain, but they were not very forceful. The teachers/chaperones in charge should have been woken up (as we were) and told of the problem. or a security guard/policeman should have been brought up to […] our floor to quiet this unruly group of college students. the front desk exhibited a lack of control in this instance. Also our room was near the gym where people did not respect the closing schedule and had the TV blasting. We again complained. There were no other rooms for us to change to as we were told that the hotel was full. We gave these comments to the front desk upon our departure. 詳情

Lovely location. Be sure to ask for a quiet room as you are in the center of the city, right above the main square across the road from the cathedral.

The staff at this Hotel are very nice and accomodating but do not speak English and they did not know about my HOtel.com reservation and had no record of it. They were perfectly nice about it and gave me a room anyway - not the one I booked but ok. eventually they called the Hotel.com reservation line and all was ok - hotel.com needs to make sure it […] communicates with its hotels. If I had not had a Spanish speaking friend to help it would havve been more of a problem The Hotel is on the main Piazza of the city and very convenient but is like any other chain hotel in the world. There was shampoo but no conditioner in the bathrooms and the pillows were hard and too large for me - a small complaint and one the staff seemed to take note of when I told them, on check out. In short - it was a good deal through Hotel.com and did the job well enough - but if you want character, try the other main Hotel in the centre of town - a restored colonial building and rather magnificent! 詳情

The wifi did not work well it worked very seldom. The room wae s very clean. The staf was friendly. My room face toward the square was a little noisy early in the morning.

My wife and I visited Tepic and stay in this hotel for two days. It was a really good experience, the place is clean and the people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fact that they have Internet access hardwire instead of wireless which makes it a lot better and it is free. I recommend this place 100%. me gustó: -limpieza -habitaciones contemporaneas y comodas -camas con muchísimas almohadas -internet no me gustó -los vidrios pasan todo el ruido de la calle y del restaurant bar de enfrente de la calle y no deja descansar -se escucha todo lo que dicen las personas de los cuartos aledaños.
