The Hotel was elegant,the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The car park was large enough. Will stay here again

staff are always happy to help dont stay in room 22 to 25 bathrooms are very small and not the best outlook relaxed bar area , good food, Would stay again but not in our room

Lovely hotel,close to the town. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and very good quality. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and polite. A great place to stay for all

Friendly, comfortable amosphere. We would definately stay here again. central to all facilties Only down side: A private party (confirmation) in bar area, so were asked to use other reception area, we were unable to use bar and the other reception area was crowded.

Recently refurbished throughout to a high and elegant standard. Hotel is walking distance from centre of town, in quite a busy road but set back and therfore quiet at night. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel has a good sized car park which is a real plus as town parking is difficult. Overall, a really lovely hotel modestly priced

Some of the hotel rooms lead off of the main entrance stairwell and are INCREDIBLY noisy - especially at busy check-in/out times or when the cleaners decide to hoover the lobby at 8am!!! On checking out, we mentioned the noise, and we told (jokingly) to just bring earplugs next time... Hmm. A good hotel, one of the best in it's price range, and stunning […] breakfast included each day. Plenty of parking spaces, lovely cocktail bar and a suntrap poolside. All-in-all a good hotel, just shame about the noise! 詳情

good hotel for money good receptionist and very good food in resturant

Very good hotel, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was disappointing, but all in all a nice place to stay and we will be pleased to visit again some day.

We went for a long weekend break. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to town and to the castle. The breakfast was really nice. However, the hotel was more 3 star than 4. The rooms were clean but dated although we were told they were recently modernised. We found that parking could be an issue on busy […] weekends as we experienced. I think it’s classed as a 4 star as the restaurant onsite was superb. We stayed 3 nights and had a good experience, but probably not a 4 star one. The hotel was a sensible price and had several good features: location was 10 min walk from the centre of town, room was fine, bar area was very nice and Jazz night on Friday was good (as other reviewers have said) and the breakfast was very good - decent choice and nice coffee. However […] a number of small points let the hotel down a little: we had a ground floor room and the corridor was not carpeted so there was a fair amount of 'echoing noise' with people shutting doors and walking past the room, even though they weren't being at all noisy; blankets, not duvets, on the bed; no bathrobes and very cheap/minimal selection of toiletries. The downsides were minor, and could be easily fixed, but I felt that due to these it was more of a comfortable 3 star with some nice features, rather than 4 star experience. I would stay there again if in Jersey, but would research other options first. 詳情

The staff at the Savoy were unstintingly friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large with all the top refinements and facilities. I especially liked the huge walk-in shower. Help yourself breakfast had a full selection and was served in a pleasant, spacious room. the staff were very pleasant, helpful & attentive. the hotel was ideally situated, quiet & a short stroll from St. Helier town centre, easy to find with adequate car parking.

bel hôtel,confortable , service parfait bon rapport qualité prix . mais la réservation est de mauvaise qualité la plate-forme est polie mais le français médiocre , et incertain ........ ceci peut facilement être amélioré .

Hyggelig personale og god service

un très bel hôtel, avec un personnel vraiment très gentil et accueillant, au sujet du restaurant une cuisine originale et excellente, on en a pour son argent, vous pouvez vous y rendre sans hésitation, de plus la situation géographique est très bien.

Très bruyant. Les clients claquent leurs portes et le personnel très bruyant dans les couloirs.

hotel parfait bien localisé dans un quartier calme petit déjeuner excellent avec différentes pieces ou terrasse permettant une certaine intimité seul bémol l'absence de produit de toilette en dehors d'un galet de savon

Hotel très confortable. La chambre est spacieuse et très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un english breakfast préparé à la demande. Le restaurant de l'hotel est aussi très bon avec un menu à la carte d'un prix correct. On regrettera seulement pour un hotel 4 étoile : une pression d'eau dans la baignoire trop juste, un nombre trop limité de serviettes […] et l'absence de frigo. Mais cela reste un hotel à recommander pour passer un bon séjour sur l'ile de Jersey. 詳情

Fine hotel, not as fancy as on the pictures, but well established hotel and friendly staff; breaktfast ist not special, but good; they serve fine food at the bar and restaurant
