Pudong epitomizes the new Shanghai. Built over the last 10 or so years, impressive skyscrapers dominate the area and include the Jinmao Building, which is the tallest in China. The hotel is beautifully designed with superb service. One area needs improvement is the bathroom tub. It is easy to fall when one climbs into the tub. I almost fell twice on the hard cement.
