We have no reason to ever stay anywhere else when we're in Jackson TN visiting family, the room was perfect, the hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect size. This courtyard Marriott is very quiet and peaceful. Although there were not a lot of nearby attractions, it was within driving distance of many attraction in the Jackson area [I would say it was within 5 minutes of most attractions]. I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. My room and bathroom were clean, the service was very nice and polite, and the bed was super comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of free breakfast, but there was a place in the hotel to buy breakfast from if you chose to do that. Nice hotel and a good deal for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would suggest that if you do not have a pet staying with you, request a room far from anyone that has a pet. My neighbor’s dog barked till nearly 10PM and started again at 6AM the next day. This would have been a perfect stay if not for that disruption.

I enjoyed my stay but there was a baseball team staying there also. They were running up and down the stairs and on elevators in middle of night!! Light over the bathroom sink didn't work

Nice hotel. Clean. Conveniently located right off of the interstate. However if your room is on the interstate side of the building it is a little noisy with the cars and 18-wheelers going doen the interstate.

The hotel was extremely accommodating. The staff seemed to anticipate every single thing we might need and had it ready for us before we asked. The rooms were VERY roomy and spacious. Beds very comfortable. I didn't want to leave.

Nice large room, close to restaurants and shopping. No complementary breakfast, but coffee shop.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We requested a late check-in and were greeted immediately when we arrived around midnight. Make sure you hang your 'Need a moment' sign on your door as the housekeeping crew was knocking on our door at 8:30 because we had not hung our sign! Great stay.

we stayed,four the first time,Christmas Eve night. we loved it. it was quiet,clean and the best one we had ever stayed in.we would stay again,and tell our friends.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were large. The beds were really comfortable as well as the pillows. The only thing that could have made it better was a complimentary breakfast. For the price, that should have been included.

great hotel and very easy to find. decor of room and hotel excellent. only complaint would be no microwave or refrigerator in the room and highway noise. i would stay here again hotel very nice.

This is a nearly brand-new hotel, squeaky clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and briskly efficient. The rooms are huge and relatively quiet. We had a king sized bed, a roomy bathroom, a comfortable couch, a desk, refrigerator, and microwave, all for about what a basic room costs over on the bypass, and for a change our "hotels.com" rate […] didn't earn us the room by the ice machine across from the elevator. There's a nice-looking bar and grill in the lobby -- we didn't use it -- but not much else in the immediate neighborhood. But don't let the map fool you; it's less than five minutes from the center of town. It is easily the best hotel we've stayed at in the area, and we'll definitely stay there again. 詳情

This is a lovely hotel and there are lovely people providing fantastic service everywhere. Really. However, my room faced I-40: I'd guess I was 50 yards away.... so even the motel-style window fan couldn't compete with the noise of the big rigs screaming past at 75 mph. Or the happy (and oh-my-gosh FINALLY satiated!) couple who were my neighbors. Thin […] walls. Interstate noise. It IS pretty. But, if you'd like a good night's rest, do not stay here unless you're armed with Ambien or your own personal noise machine. 詳情

The room and bathroom was clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly. Only cons - a little interstate noise (which is to be expected due to location) and there is no refrigertor in the room (although there is a place for one in the cabinet). But we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room, location,& service.

I would've loved to spend the entire weekend at this location. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were roomy! I would recommend for anyone to stay at any time!

Very nice hotel, great,friendly service. Hotel was recently built which is always a plus.

Hotel was easy to find. Check-In Was Efficient, Friendly and Professional. Room was as advertised. Still smells new. Outdoor fire pit was a nice extra. Only thing below expectation were the towels.

This hotel was close to everything we needed. The fitness and pool area were very nice and the coffee was always ready early in the morning. We had breakfast there both mornings and it was delicious. I would definitely stay there again when I vist my relatives.

I stayed in this hotel for only a night and I wish I could have stayed longer. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the atmosphere was everything I could have hopes for! The service was great and the location is like 10 minutes from everything!! Loooved it!!!

The stay was fine until the morning of checkout,the cleaning crew began knocking on our door @ 10am, but checkout was not until 12 noon. The first time they knocked i went to the door and told her that we were leaving @ checkout time of noon,she came to the door every 30 mins and knocked even though she was told we were not leaving until noon. When […] we did leave she had put the cleaning cart right in FRONT of our door, so when we opened the door we had to move the cart so we could get out bags out of the room. Courtyard by Marriott Jackson is a wonderful hotel. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I only wish we could have gotten there earlier and enjoyed it more. The staff that we met were all very personable and helpfull and I would highly recomend this hotel, It was a very nice place for a break when traveling across country on 40.

This is a great place which borders on four stars in my book.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and New. Only problem was you need to get back on the interstate and go one exit down for a meal.

Too expensive, food service poor

The rate through Hotels.com made this an excellenct value. It is right on the interstate so ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

I stayed there 3 nights. The rooms were clean and hotel in general was well maintained. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed. I would defintiely recommend.

Had a wonderful welcome from a super nice employee that check us in, very helpful with a few questions we had where a few things were in the town...Room was nice and very clean, they let us do a late check out. Would stay again!

My husband and I spent only 1 night at this lovely Hotel, but it was very nice. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and quiet. We stayed in a King suite...the bed was wonderful. Thanks

Was there for meetings & was centrally local to all them

Check-in and out went very smoothly. The Front Desk Clerk was especially nice, fast and helpful.

Beautiful, quiet, CLEAN rooms. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again and again!

Very well pleased with hotel. Staff very friendly. Downfall - traffic noise and breakfast not included.

Hotel was great! The service, however, at the Bistro/Grill in the hotel lacked in customer service - the ladies/men would disappear into the back kitchen and would not check to see if guest were waiting. I witnessed a couple guests walk up and ask if anyone was working there. Food/drinks were very good, though.
