the air conditioner did not work well. they were in the middle of remodeling which was sorely needed. The part that we are very unhap[y about is that no one came in to make our bed or give us new towels. We did not have a do not disturb sign on our door, yet you could tell no one had ever come in to our room. "On our way home"
My husband and I were traveling with two cats and a dog. We had to change rooms three times, our room key only worked for one of those rooms and in the other room our AC broke and we woke up at 4am with our room being 90 degrees. We had to convince the staff to move us only for our new rooms key to not work and they refused to move us again to another […] room with a working lock.
