Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年03月26日留下評價离市区有点远，出去库塔要15分钟车程，酒店有免费去市区的巴士，但没有回程的，出入有点不方便，服务质量不错，服务人员都蛮友好的，就是入住的第一天要交押金，退房的时候会给回你的，房间整洁度不错，里面没什么景观可以看，早餐是自助的可以选择的比较小，就是麦片和面包，还有炒饭炒粉，但总体的性价比还是有的，是公寓式酒店来的，比较适合商务人士住，wifi信号蛮强的

Staff are very nice and the place is tried to keep clean and it's almost achieved perfectly. Location is a bit far from town but the shuttle can take you by a 20 mins ride. The surrounding however is a bit rural. Some improvement should be done to improve room equipment. Eg the television of my living room is out of order and the bathtub gave muddy […] water in one of the morning. That's a bit disgusting and never expected in such standard hotel. If you are looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, arts and culture, this is it! The location setting is completely different from the busy touristy beach areas in bali. But precisely because of that, this is where you can learn the most about Bali and Balinese cultures. However one should be prepared that the villa location is very deserted […] and out of the way from town (20min with the villa shuttle) and tourist spots (maybe an hr plus or more). People in the villa were friendly to the max. There's nothing in particular to complain about the customer service. Though the rooms looked exactly like the website pictures, there is much room for improvement on the housekeeping (cleanliness of waters around the villa, problem of mozzies, etc) and the maintenance of the villa (signs of wear out). Food wise, it was a little salty in my opinion but overall food was still not too bad in terms of value in money. 詳情

Furama Xclusive Villas are the modern side of this boutique hotel - the regular Furama Villas are in the traditional Bali style. The Xclusive villas, we were told, are only about 2 years old, but the alternating hot sun and pouring rain have worn out some of the beautiful wood. Some touch ups to paint would liven it up. The design of the villas nicely […] incorporates the outdoors, sometimes we felt like we were exposed or in a giant fish bowl with all the beautiful glass walls. Sometimes lizards would sneak into the shower with us, which we didn't mind. The shuttle into downtown Ubud takes about 20 minutes and is a scenic drive, there are set pick up times which takes some advanced planning for little excursions. Our package included a nice massage for both of us - very relaxing. The private plunge pool is only knee deep, not super useful, but it opens into the main pool which is 4.5 feet deep and long for swimming around in and cooling off. Our package also included breakfast which was an adequate spread. I enjoyed the mango-banana bread. But wished there was ice for the juice and water. 詳情
