唯一缺點便是浴缸設計非常奇怪, 浴後缸邊剩大量積水, 非常麻煩!

Good location, close to Eslite bookstore, famous restaurants and a lot of green area. But while compare to the price I paid, I can just say the hotel facilities and service level are just so so. And as a 5 star hotel, I would expect there is a swimming pool and a much bigger lobby. Great hotel room ammenities for business travelers. Desktop electrical, VGA cable to connect your laptop to the TVs, etc. Room is very new and modern feel, clean, roomy bathrooms. Best hotel in Taichung located in the heart of the city. Ultra nice room, with a great and expansive bathroom, great view, and comfy bed. A lot of "nice" stuff in Taiwan is pretty cheesy, but this hotel is tasteful and cool. There was an intermittent whiff of sewer gas in the room, but it wasn't a big deal. Gym was great too.

Everything are good except the aircondition in the room. The aircon temparture can't control even I have adjusted to 19C, but the room keeping at 25C in daytime. But it back to normal in the night time. Wealther in Nov timeflame is good that not too hot, keeping at 25C in daytime is still acceptable, but for sure not in summer time.

Overall is good, but we smelt of someone smoking when we entered the corridor of our floor (whole hotel is non-smoking). We complained to the hotel staff, and they immediately took actions of the strong smoke smell and no smell afterwards. Staffs are helpful and able to provide directions and information about what's available around the area for eating […] and shopping. Bathtub is too high and difficult to reach, probably the problem about the design. It's the best in Taichung area so far. 詳情

Excellent Hotel, especially catering for the business user. Has 3 choices of restaurants to go to, and wonderful views of Taichung.

I have traveled the World and stayed at many Hotels, especially in Taiwan over the past 35 years and have to say that the Hotel One is without any question the most pleasent, well appointed I have ever been in and to mention the Service and Staff, this is also unquestionable and of the Highest Standard and would rate it better then 5 STAR and have to […] complement the management and Staff for their Service and personal attention to caring "Individually" to their clientel so how better then can you rate such a QUALITY Hotel and it Staff. The room was very nice and service both efficient and friendly. We had the breakfast buffet included and it was well worth the price. Lots to pick from and something for everyone.

Not knowing what to expect, I booked this hotel based on its distance to where friends were staying. It far exceeded our expectations. The front desk and bellhops were always eager to serve, even going so far as to find a store that sold the item we were looking for and calling ahead to get information for us. The room was extremely comfortable, had […] a great view, and all the amenities we could have asked for, including free internet (plug-in and wireless), a printer (!), and a flat screen tv. The room service options could have been a little better, but it just motivated us to eat in one of the many restaurants in the area or in the hotel. 솔직이 별 생각없이 대충 가격과 위치만 보고 예약한 호텔입니다. 가격 대비 호텔이 좋은 건 말할 것도 없고, 중간까지는 사무실이고 중간부터 위 까지가 객실인데 42층에서 지내니 바깥이 훤히 내려다보여서 좋았습니다. 다음에 가면 또 가고 싶은 생각이 들고, 종업원들도 친절하고 이야기를 잘 들어주고 도와 주어서 아주 만족했습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Не плохое расположение в центральной части города. Рядом парки. Недалеко магазины электроники и торговые центры. Приветливый персонал.

Ett utmärkt hotell på alla sätt. Vi har bokat rum på Hotel One flera år i rad och kommer att göra det även nästa år.
