I enjoyed my stay. The building is relatively new and in great condition. Nice decor. The hot breakfast buffet that is included is very nice. They had eggs and bacon, fruits, breads and bagels and a toaster for toasting. The best was their "make your own waffle". where they had a big waffle iron and batter waiting to be poured in. And of course they […] also had all the fixings for however you'd like to dress your waffle. They had several different types of coffees and teas, but no cappuccino machine. However, there is a Starbucks really close by if you need it. The rooms were very well appointed with bed, sofa, coffee table, desk and mini kitchen. They even had a complimentary bag of microwave popcorn waiting for me in the kitchen. The free internet is high speed, but was running a little slow with loading up pages, I suspect because lots of people were using it. The staff were very courteous. The location is an area that is transitioning and there are several new hotels but it not walking distance to much. It is not in downtown, but a 7 minute drive down Riverside will bring you right in to South Congress and all the action and food of downtown, Zilker Park and SoCo. This hotel is located near the airport but not on top of it. Occasionally you can hear the bigger planes taking off but it is not disruptive. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay the rooms were nice size and the hotel was quiet and cozy.

hotel is convenient and practical. Room is good size with a couch and work desk. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. Two of the three nights I stayed there I could hear the person in the next room snore. Austin Hotel was great. They thought of everything.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Downtown Austin. It was a perfect location just outside of the city for a more affordable price. The hotel is clean, safe, and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was great and they have free dinners from Tuesday-Thursdays that were very good. Simple, great, clean and safe place to stay. If you want to be in the hustle of downtown Austin this might not be the place for you. It was at most a 10 minute drive to downtown so we were able to enjoy the sights as well. The rooms are spacious and adequate for staying several days. I would recommend it it for the weary business man.

Hotel Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are comfortable with a mini kitchen. Just a few minutes from the airport. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Free wi-fi was nice and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Only about 10 minutes away from downtown and we didn't hear any planes being close to the airport. Overall, great room for the price!

The staff was friendly and curteous. We did have a few issues with the rooms. The first room we were given had an air conditioning problem and never cooled down after waiting 2 hours. It was 108 degrees that day and we were on the top floor... so it was quite uncomfortable. We called the front desk, no one answered so we left a message which was not […] returned. Finally we went down and spoke to someone at the front desk and we were relocated. The next room had a functional air conditioner and we were able to get ready to get where we needed to be. Although now we were running late. We didn't realize until we returned late that evening that one of the showers did not have a shower head attached and one of the television remote controls was absent. These did not seem like big problems after the air conditioning fiasco so we just made do and spoke to the front desk the next morning. I would stay at this hotel again... however, I'd make sure to do a thorough inspection upon arrival to make sure everything is as it should be. 詳情

was looking for a suite to share w/2 others. was 10 minute drive from downtown, but half the price of a suite in there. Impressive layout, grate counters, spotless kitchen area..nice beds. Breakfast bar tiny..crowds jammed around it. We opted to eat out.

My husband & I spent the weekend to attend graduation in Bastrop and this hotel was perfect!! I was impressed with their breakfast & rooms! Would stay again next time I need room in Austin!

Good little hotel. Inexpensive, large sized room. Noisy neighbors but not hotels fault.

The first night I stayed here there was a Bat in my room and it scared me to death, and when they moved me into another room they moved me to a room HALF the size (SMALLER). PLUS they didn't have room service and the surrounding neighborhood was ugly too. I would NOT stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We got there early (before check-in) and our room was ready and waiting. Girl at the front dest was very nice and curteous. Our room was nice and very clean. The hotel is in a great location....5 miles from down town Austin yet far enough away to escape the city noise. Hotel seemed new and very clean. Rooms were a decent size and had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay there again. The one negative is that the parking spaces are way too small and can only accommodate a compact car. This made parking a challenge as pickups had to take up about one and a half parking spaces, forcing everyone else to park half in […] one spot and half in another. 詳情

It is a great hotel to stay in and was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Breakfast was really great. I would recommend you stay there.

I would definately recommend staying here and will do so again. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in Austin to attend continuing education at the Hilton airport hotel which i've stayed at before, but Staybridge was much more affordable, nicer room due to small kitchen and due to it being a very […] new property (only a yr old i was told by staff). Everything was great, except the bed was "EXTRA" firm. Really enjoyed the stay, breakfast was excellent, used the outdoor grill area which was very nice, and the staff was great.

I stay around the airport in Austin and there are quite a few that are nice. This ranks in my top 3 though. Nice quiet location- looking forward to returning!

Nice room equipped with everything we needed. Included breakfast offered more than usual and was constantly maintained & stocked. Close to highway access without being on top of it.

This hotel is really as nice as it looks in the pictures! There are many lesser hotels in the area for the same price. The ONLY downside of this hotel is that there are no restaurants or bars in walking distances. However, there are plenty of things a short car ride away. I look forward to staying here again.

This is one of the excellent hotels. It also has a fast wireless internet.

For the price, it was good for Austin.

My stay was for four nights and let me tell you, I will stay here anytime, the staff was great, the rooms were excellent, everything I needed and more, and close to major highways to get around town fast

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at in a long time. Clean, modern, and with plenty of amenities. The kitchenette would be great for longer visits, but restaraunts are close at hand along Riverside Dr. Access to the downtown area is also easy. The free DVD rentals were a nice way to wind down the evening. We happened to be in town during […] a UT home game which was the only downfall. With all the guests at the fully booked hotel, parking was a little short. There is an empty, well-lit business park across the street though and a lot of the problem was due to tight spaces and people not considering others when parking. 詳情

All in all, it's an outstanding hotel and it exceeds our expectations for the amount of money you pay for.

We have stayed at the Staybridge Suites many times, and are rarely disappointed. The rooms are clean, with a good full breakfast included in rate.

After a long week and a stressful trip, it was so nice to walk into a room so nice and clean and wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff is very kind, considerate, and helpful.

We had an excellent experience at Staybridge. From the range and quality of services provided, to the comfort and quality of our accomodations, to the professionalism and pleasantness displayed by the staff, our expectations were more than met at every turn. For all future Austin trips, we know where we will be staying.
