"nice location and good service"

hotel with a nice design. people providing good service (we had to switch room due to noisy neighbours). Fantastic location closed to Chessigton's world of adventures and Zoo. Only the bed's covers were much too small. Food at the restaurant too expensive.

The hotel is brilliantly furnished and the room was of a very high standard. Unfortunately the common areas of the hotel were a shambles when we stayed. There was a queue and long wait to check-in,and queue and long wait to check-out, such a long wait for the restaurant that we gave up and drove elsewhere to eat. Additionally the lift had a slurpie […] drink discarded and knocked over on the floor and when we went to the front desk to report it.... we had to queue for so long we gave up after 5 minutes of waiting and couldn't even report it. I would not advise staying in this hotel unless staffing levels are improved, and you are very tolerant of other people's children. 詳情

"mooie uitvalsbasis voor dagtochtjes naar Londen"

Mooi Hotel aan de rand van Londen. Prima te bereiken met de trrein (laatste halte Chessington South) en dan nog 10 min. lopen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam persooneel. Prima eten. Mooi uitzicht op Adventure Park Chessington.

Veldig flott hotell. Stilig rom - men litt dårlige senger for de to yngste som nok var litt for store for de litt små sengene - 14 og 16 år. Men det er også det eneste vi har å utsette på hotellet. Helt topp service, god mat og i det hele tatt et helt topp sted å være på. Vi følte oss nesten som kongelige slik som vi ble vartet opp! Hotellet lå […] greit til. 10 min å gå til jernbanestasjonen. Toget tok en halv time inn til en hovedstasjon. Vi kunne derfra ta undergrunnen til alle de stedene vi skulle se. Veldig praktisk og greit. 詳情
