I attended a concert at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and this hotel was about 5 miles away. The hotel staff was accommodating and called me a cab. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel fitness room is small, but the equipment is relatively new. The pool and jacuzzi were fine. The location was quite, no highway noise and the free breakfast was exceptional.

Room was very clean and I felt relaxed until I tried to sleep and the AC/heating unit outside the building kicked on and it sounded like a train coming through the room. It was off and on the entire night, I barely got any sleep! I really like holiday inn but I will not be staying at this location ever again!

Some have posted that the airconditioning kept them up - we thought it was soothing and helped us sleep!

husband and i did a overnight so we could go to the pub down the street and see a band,hotel accomadating even in morning when we missed breakfast staff let us come in have coffee and muffin would recomend to anyone.and we will go back to see more bands.

No hot water my second morning, clerk said it was because the hotel had filled up. Also the shower walls hadn't been washed well, shaving cream with the hair. Once this was washed away, the location was great.

We took our kids on a school break vacation and stayed at this Hotel. The customer service was great, it was local to all the places we needed to go. Especially to grocery stores. The pool was great bonus and was very clean. It was a great place to stay with 3 little kids from 2-5 . The Hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast had a large varity of items, hot and cold items. Our only complaint is our room was on the second floor in the middle of the hotel and a A/C unit or something outside was loud when it started-up and ran, seemed to be most of the night in February ?

We had a very nice stay, the price was reasonable and the pool area was great. It was close to Hampton Beach. We will be staying there again I'm sure of it.

Great check in and very friendly staff. Hot tub was awesome. Rooms look brand new and very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable (though the bed was quite firm), quiet. Quick and easy check-in. Located just off Rte 95 South. Perfectly good place to stay.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel. I have nothing but praise for the staff and pleasantness of the hotel. Any problem I had was addressed immediately,i.e. For the life of me I couln't work out how to change the volume on the TV. A staff member came to the room in moments to make sure that I understood her instructions. The free breakfast offered each day […] was wonderful and the dining room setting was quiet, comfortable and easily accessible. If I dug deep and really looked hard for a complaint it would be that my room carried a mild swimming pool odor, but that was justified because the indoor pool was only feet away from our door. For all this, the room was quiet. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a stay on the coast of New Hampshire. As an added bonus, the hotel is just a hop, skip and jump up the interstate to the fabulous shopping at the many outlets in Kittery, Maine. 詳情

Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and site is well maintained. Location was center to the sites we wanted to see.

The hotel was good overall. I would recommend it, but the bed was like sleeping on a brick.

All staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel wasn't bad, rooms were clean and spacious just in a really boring, quiet area. Not close to anything. I cant say the hotel was old, just had a different odor. The biggest problem was there was nothing around it. Price was ok just too far away from anything.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the beach. I was not pleased that out our hotel room the view was a bunch of big storage units. there was no sun and for the rate that was disappointing. The housekeeping was very good and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was a ittle disappointing after reading how good it was. My family and I stayed here and had a great time. We were here for Irene. The staff were very hellpfull and pleasant. Rooms were clean. They gave us connecting rooms. This was helpfull seeing I had a teen and 3 twenty somethings. Continentel break fast was good. Overall our stay was great. Kids enjoyed pool seeing it was pouring. Will stay again.

Excellent hotel...very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a squeeze - they need a few more tables and AT LEAST one more toaster!!! Would defintely return. Sam

Group of four stayed three nights in a suite. All around friendly, excellence courteous service. I certainly will stay there again.

Very nice, but could be better with room darkening shades in order to sleep beyond daybreak and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to aid in makeup application.

He was clearly stressed, and had a hard time pulling up my pre-paid reservation, and was a little confused about whose credit card he needed for incidentals. It was not a very good start to our stay. The young lady running around on Sunday morning keeping the breakfast area stocked was doing an amazing job. Great value and great rooms.

We were very happy with this hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds were confortable. Great facilities! Well situated, about 10-12 minutes from the beach! The good restaurants were close to the hotel too! I`m satisfied and I recommand this hotel!

Just spent a long weekend at this hotel for some beach time and whale wacthing in Hampton and Rye NH. Its a great location as it is literally 5-10 min to the beach, with lots of resturants around. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was def. a lot better than I expected too, warm cinnamon buns and pacncakes! We were there for one night after spending the day at Hampton Beach. The location was close to the beach and if was much quieter and newer than any of the beach options. This hotel is a good option if you happen to be traveling through Boston - Portsmouth - Portland region. Most of the hotels in the area are very expensive, especially the coastal beach hotels, and they require two or three night minimum during the high season. we booked online. we requested a room with 2 queen beds and got 1 of the handi- capped rooms with a single king. we felt bad that we got that room when we were not disabled.

Nice hotel very clean, employees are pleasant and ready to serve. I would certainly go back next year.
