Great hotel, but out of control intoxicated people staying down the hall. Not good atmosphere for child staying with us

Kudos to the hotel GM for personally taking control of shipping my forgotten laptop and thereby relieving my huge anxiety. I appreciate that he went the extra mile.

Stayed three days, loved the location, room and staff. Great to have the kitchen facilities. Putting it in my file to return.

For the price, it was a great value. I will definitely look for more of these in the future.

Room was clean, and comfortable. However we specifically picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool so that our kids could swim. The pool was sooooooo cold you couldn't get into the water. Enjoyed our stay, nice, clean rooms.

I expect a clean, comfortable room in any hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort I found in my first stay at Candlewood. The room plan uses space to its best advantage, making the room seem quite spacious. I also liked the small kitchenette, and the selection of foods in the cupboard off the lobby. I will definitely be staying again.

this is a extended stay hotel, had a good daily price. as extended stay rooms are not cleaned daily, but as 1 person in the room i was ok with that esp with the price. nice pool and fitness center. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. excellent location, esp for restaraunts and shopping. nice touch is a dvd player in the room, along with […] a movie lending library. full kitchen included with the suite. 詳情

We didnt have any problems with this hotel. There is so much around this, a mall, plenty of stores, restaurants. Great location. Staff was friendly when I needed to get more towels, and room was clean. would stay here again

This suite was completely furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. The room was nicely appointed. Bath and plumbing fixtures were of top quality. Everything was great except for Housekeeping banging on my room door at 9am!

My Experience with your hotel was TERRIBLE! Your hotel was the most unorganized & unclean hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed & the manager was not working during a busy weekend!? The staff didn’t seem to care that they continued run out of items i.e. pillows, blankets, sheets. Really loved staying here. It was a nice room for a cheap price. The bed was not amazing quality but it definitely does the job. The staff was very pleasant and helpful whenever called upon.

A short trip planned to see family and this place fit the bill. We have two small children that stayed in the bedroom while we were in the main room of the suite. Everything, including the pool was great for the visit. Full size fridge is a plus especially since our son is diabetic.Everything was easily accessible. Highly recommend.

hotel was extremely noisy. you could hear doors slamming shut from down the hall, and every move made by the people above. The hotel itself was overall ok. I wouldn't stay here again.

We loved this hotel. It's in a great location near plently of restaurants, shopping, and the Polaris Mall. I wish we could have stayed longer becuase we could have stocked up on groceries and taken advantage of the amenities in the room. Candlewood Suites is set up for longer stays, like for business travelers. We were only at the hotel for one night […] but were able to take advantage of a swim in the pool and hot tub before we checked out in the morning. We would stay here again. 詳情

Hotel is really for long stays but for the price a room is a room. TV receptions wasn't the best, but otherwise no complaints

I was suprised when I arrived and the counter clerk informed me this was an extended stay and that there would be no service available. I stayed across this hotel at a Hilton Garden Inn several times and becasue the Hilton was booked, I chose this hotel and was VERY disappointed.
