The Oaks Charlotte Towers is walking distance to anywhere in CBD such as Queen St Mall Shopping centre, as well as Botanic gardens, South bank and public transport to anywhere you don't want to walk to. Excellent quality apartments with good reception service in avery central location Highly recommended

Great location, nice view and at a fair price. Rooms were clean and amenities indicative of it's four star rating. Booked for family of five however hotel services needed prompting to provide linen for five. Will return. Thank you.

Location was good , hence our booking although upon arrival the ensuite and second bedroom were locked (requiring action to unlock -which was prompt) and then a door knob fell offon first use? Everthing else was ok , TV seemed small and dated.

great hotel for an overnighter or more- the layouts of rooms are very different though so ask for room 12 on any floor as much nicer layout than 8 for example.

The location is great and compared to surrounding hotels the price is good. However, I found some unclean dishes in the self-servicing kitchen and the decor is drab and in need of replacing (looks like 1980s style).

reception staff not interestedin what i had to say, very indifferent. Room -shower cubicle tiles grouting black mould at bottom of shower and throughout areas of the shower, front of cupboards in kichen not clean. did complain and said apartment would be cleaned , they did clean the apartmnet but not areas that I complained about. so that proved to […] me that reception staff not interested. i have stayed at Oaks in melbourne and this oaks could take a lesson from them. 詳情

Great place to stay, centre of everything. Rooms and views what more could you ask for.

The Oaks Charlotte Towers is a well presented and spacious hotel located in the Brisbane CBD. Close by is the Queen Street Mall, many eateries, transport and tourist sites. The rooms are apartment rooms; spacious and comfortable. Hotel service was generally very good and staff were hospitable. My only complaint was housecleaning missed servicing the […] room on one day.
