Possibly the WORST Hotel in the world. They did not have the wine listed on the wine list. I was told the soup was vegetable, when it came it was tomato. The hotel was unclean. The room was filthy. The bedding was creased and unclean, there was human hair in the bed and debris under the mattress (Photographs taken). I slept in the chair because I didn't […] think the bed linen had been changed. The room we were provided was so cold when we entered. There was silverfish insect underneath the duvet. We were so tired that I wanted to just get on a sleep and get out the next day until we went to the toilet and realised the sink was blocked! Couldn't stand it so I asked for a different room which was only slightly better. Can't believe previous […] feedback was 10/10 which obviously were not real customers. It was so bad that we didn't even bother having breakfast the next day. I have never been to a 'hotel' this bad 詳情

Nice clean comfortable hotel, staff friendly ,well kept gardens. Good base for Chester, Liverpool and the Wirral etc.
