The hotel was doing major renovations during my stay in March 2012, and multiple rooms smelled strongly of paint thinner throughout the day and night. Windows don't open, and the ac system can't clean the air enough to make it feel non-toxic. I would not recommend this hotel until the construction is finished. Best thing in this hotel is location. Rooms were clean but still it felt dirty because of the smell (probably coming from the old carpet). Double room was also super small, there wasn´t even space to open two big luggages at the same time.

I have stayed here every time passing through HK, maybe 6-7 times. Always a good experience. Small rooms and very tidy. If you do not have included breakfast that is OK. They were not very good anyway. Staff has always been nice and helpful.

Room is small and noisy to the street. Very convenient to get something to eat and close to MTR. Front desk is helpful. Price is considered slgiht high given the condition of the hotel.

Hong Kong is expensive, and this is a non-expensive hotel, so one can't expect more than one gets... the room is very, very plain, and small and slightly dingy in feel, though it may well be completely clean. The hotel was one of the lowest price hotel in the area in Kowloon. Transportation wise was ok. You should call the hotel to arrange to and from airport transportation. The water in the room is way over priced. The wifi is free and pretty handy if you want to do some work or research around the area. Our stay with Evergreen was quite pleasant. Although the rooms were small, they were comfortable beds. The shower stall is very very small and shower water was hot for the first person and warm for the 2nd to shower. They also charge for drinking water which are usually complimentary at other hotels but the price did included breakfast. I sent a last minute email to reserve pickup at the airport and received a reply within 3 hours, so we were able to ride the shuttle directly to the hotel. Very convenient. It's not exactly Shangri-La but I guess most travelers would expect that already from the price alone. It's a great hotel on a budget. I would describe the hotel as a cross between a private room hostel and a hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is as Chinese and as Hong Kong as you can get. The restaurants are authentic. You the cuisine are authentic […] when the Hong Kong Chinese, Hong Kong Indian and Hong Kong Halal restaurants post up signs in cantonese. Oh yeah, I'll also mention that the Indians speak fluent Cantonese (a testament that they've been Hongkies for generations and counting). The location of the hotel gives you the chance to experience Hong Kong at the local level. The Good: 1. Authentic Hong Kong Experience 2. Near the Subway (again a chance for real HK experience). The Bad: 1. Breakfast was horribly trimmed to a budget. 2. The bed was rock solid. Not exactly unbearable but distinctively uncomfortable especially on the 1st day. 3. Small room (but it's normal for small low-end hotels in HK to have small room). Remember: this isn't Shangri-La. Overall: The place might seem chaotic for inexperienced or western travelers but it's part of the journey in my opinion. The place good enough to sleep in. If you consider the price, it's actually a very good place to stay in. My take: For the "I don't know how to MRT, I taxi to disneyland only" and the "I sleep in high-end hotels only" type of travelers, this isn't the place for you to stay. Everything is fine except the noise from the street because the windows are not sealed shut and not double pane. Try to avoid lower floors. Breakfast buffet is nice so that you are ready to go for the day.

Very helpful and friendly front desk crew. The rooms are compact but tidy and comfortable. You cannot beat the price, so if you are like the awesome people who spend their money on adventures and not fluffy pillows at the Hillsheraton then you will be happy here. Breakfast, very limited selection on the buffet table. I only ate once in my 4 day stay. Its better if they offer a package without breakfast.

ＭＴＲ佐敦の駅から近く、裕華や永安百貨公司、ワトソンズなどが近くて買物が便利。建物はやや古いし豪華ではないが、基本的な設備は揃っていて問題はない。二度目の宿泊だったが前回の部屋よりバスタブが小さかったのが残念だった程度。周辺に深夜まで開いている食堂も多く、イベント帰りでも食事に困らない。フロントの対応もよく、気持ちよく滞在できた。チェックアウトが12時なので、チェックアウトまでフルに活動できる。空港からのアクセスはＡ２１エアバスが便利だし、ＭＴＲ九龍駅もタクシーですぐ。宿泊費を抑えて現地で活動的に過ごしたい人には良いと思う。

普通标间比想象的大，有窗户，有一定的活动空间。洗澡水很热。房间设施虽很普通不是很新，但比较干净。房间隔音虽不太好，但隔壁的房间除客人刚回来时能听到响声以外，其他时间比较安静，不影响休息。自助早餐满意，类似星级酒店的形式，品种随不及星级酒店那末丰富，但也足够，吃的很舒服，经济实惠。就餐时感觉入住客人的素质比较好，也有不少外国人住在这里。服务人员也很友好，帮忙把行礼送到房间，离开时帮助叫出租车。值得推荐

ジョーダンの駅からネイザンロードをユマティ方面へ3分ほど歩いて、左に曲がり、セブンイレブンを右に曲がったところです。（セブンイレブンのとなり）コンビニは隣だし、近隣にはたくさんの食べ物屋があります。市場も近いです。空港へは、ネイザンロードを挟んだイースタンホテルから九龍駅行きのシャトルバスが出ているので（駅まで10分くらい）便利です。部屋は日本でいうビジネスホテルと同等でまあまあです。ドライヤーあり、冷蔵庫ありなので不自由はありませんでした。泊った部屋は窓が小さくて日差しが入らないので暗かったです。本日の天気がわかる程度でした。狭くもなく広くもなく・・・。1点問題といえば3連泊したのですが使い捨てのスリッパがチェックアウトまで同じだったこと。毎日変えて欲しかったのですが、捨ててなかったせいか […] 、そのままで新しいのはありませんでした。ゴミ箱がトイレに１つとティッシュがなかったのも不便でした。 でもロケーションが最高によいのでまた次もここに泊ると思います。ちなみに、近所にあった松記糖水店は近くに移転していました。（ネイザンロードを挟んで、白珂街？に移転していました） 近くの金山というシーフードのお店がいつも地元の人で込んでいて、値段も安くおいしかったです。 詳情

Сам отель неплохой, располагается недалеко от станции Jordan, но все равно идти не мало до метро. Номера очень маленькие, окна непрозрачные как в темнице, нет свежего воздуха. лифт ходит только до 3-его этажа, мы жили на 4, подниматься и спускаться по крутой лестнице с тяжелым чемоданом не очень приятно. Самый огромный минус в номер ЖУТКО ВОНЯЕТ ТУХЛЫМ!!! […] Это видимо фильтра с кондиционера очень засорились, находится в номере с включенным кондиционером невозможно изза зловония, а если выключить его, то становится жутко жарко, еле как провели одну ночь там. Из плюсов - понравился бесплатный интернет в номере, на втором этаже целый компьютерный клуб, где можно бесплатно посидеть в интернете, распечатать документы на принтере. Также есть прачечная, которая кстати была прямо напротив нашего номера и звук работающих стиральных машин тоже раздражал. В общем не советую, поищите другой отель, за эти деньги. 詳情

Det er små værelser, men det ved man når man bestiller, det ligger i lokalområde dvs støj fra gade mm, men det er et prisbilligt hotel der lever op til det der loves og dermed betales for.

Très bien situé (quartier vivant de jours et surtout de nuit) et prix de départ bien placé à HK MAIS Chambres/Hôtel vieillots en comparaison à d'autres. Je recommande à ceux qui préférent la situation et l'accessibilté (Temple Street, Jade market, station de métro Jordan à 2 pas) à des détails de confort et au modernisme. Personnel très accueillant et très serviable. Chambre pas très spacieuse et petit déjeuner correct. Proche Marché de Temple Street et du métro. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
