Located in Guangzhou (Tianhe), Nan Yang Royal Hotel is close to Tianhe Park, Pazhou Complex, and Redtory Art and Design Factory. Also nearby are Guangdong Museum and Tianhe Stadium.
Hotel Features.
Nan Yang Royal Hotel has a marina and a health club. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. This 4-star hotel features business amenities including a 24-hour business center, a meeting/conference room, and a technology helpdesk. Dining options at the hotel include 6 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café and a bar/lounge. Breakfast is complimentary on weekdays and a complimentary dinner reception is available on select days. The staff can provide concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. "A better than expected Hotel"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月20日留下評價I find the size of the hotel is better than expected. It was listed as a 3 stars hotel. I didn't expect a lot at the beginning. When I arrived at the hotel, I find the room was new and the size is so big. There is a small living room and kitchen (with stove and sink) for cooking. Also, there were 2 TV inside the room. The room is comfortable and clean. It was easy to find restaurants and 7-11 nearby. Overall, a good experience.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月20日留下評價三人行，住家庭客房，整體住宿環境是還可以的，離火車站近，食肆多，可是附近擺賣的、招生意的不少，有點滋擾。房間方面，wifi是假的，有但常斷線，所以還是買電話卡吧；浴室不行，一洗澡就滿地濕濕的，連要更換的衣物都沒法子放，要用毛巾包着才能幸保不濕。床上用品都蠻舒服的，但衣架太少，擺放行李有點不方便，景色就別提了，反正別刻意去看就對了。至於早餐，就是很一般的學生餐廳能提供的吧，反正不要期望過高就對了，以三星酒店來說，還是可接受的，就是很基本的便捷酒店就對了。

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月19日留下評價大門口夠敝寬，感覺好舒服, 於路口亦有指示牌，給予客人明確的指引﹗我抵達酒店時大概5點半，當天職員 (兩位男職員，忘記名稱) 親切有禮，並很友善，亦好樂意為客人解答問題。但亦有幾點希望 酒店可以改進: 1. 由於抵達時間已為黃昏，但房間未進行清理，所以房間未能即時提供給我們，等候時間大約35分鐘，雖然職員亦很有禮告知我們，但作為酒店，退房時間應下午12-1時，很難理解為何5點半仍未能及時提供給客人? 2. 房間地毯十分骯髒!! 簡直不能接受，雖然酒店是新開張，可能是清理房間時間不充足，但不可能地毯如此骯髒，亦見到開始變黑，甚至有紙巾碎，這是令我十分不滿之地方

飯店位置便利，就在天河公園旁。 櫃台服務員不是很專業，甚至找不到我的訂房記錄。還沒聽過hotel.com!!我以為被騙！ 我訂三人房，房間裡面只準備兩人用品也沒加床！ 還硬要多收加床費！這些應該在我網路訂票都付清。 早餐普通，沒有特別好吃，菜式少。 退房時候還硬說杯子有裂痕&湯匙少一個為由要扣押金。實際上飯店並沒有給我們齊全的用品。 衛生方面普通。 雖然地區不錯，但服務很糟！Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

我想這家酒店應該真是3到3.5星的級別。這兒沒有游泳池，甚至沒有一個小的健身房。沒有酒店按摩服務。我的主要標準就是離Bazhou交易會非常近，這非常令我滿意。沒有健身房真是個負擔還有經過交易會漫長一天后真想好好按摩一下。Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Good property, bad service, worst management"
Hotel is totally inappropriate to stay as you don't even get more than 200 ml of water to drink complimentary as per hotel policies . Total Chinese speaking staff for foreigners it's a very problematic thing that for calling a plate or water bottle u need to spend 20-30 mins over the phone trying them understand what u need and how does that look like. […] Property is very golden and looks royal , yet the staff is not at all welcoming , everything in room is priced by hotel management , so u better be cautious using any as u never know what they might charge u. No recreation / no health club/ no activity to do except chess or cards . Internet is very very poor either in lobby or thru wire in room the speeds are so fluctuating that even google Denys to open homepage. Very unpleasant stay 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Clean and good location"
Hotel was very clean, lots of hot water, I did not have a window though in my entry level room which did not help with jet lag (12hr time difference for me). Nice pillows, super hard bed. No back on the desk chair (it was a stool) so bring a long ethernet cable so you can sit on the comfy chair. Próximo aos pavilhões de exposição, sendo assim, taxi bem em conta (+/- RMB 25,00). Gerência muito atenciosa e instalações de muito bom gosto! Limpeza, arrumação e toalhas sempre em dia.
