No doubt to recommend. Especially good for business travel around the area. Free internet; Lots of resturants around; Close to train stations... of course the room is bit small but this is common in Japan.

Location is Hachioji which is not central to Tokyo, so if you accept that, then it is good value for money. Staff polite and helpful, room tidy etc. The hotel is getting on a bit now so you can expect marks on walls but nothing major. Possible improvements would be giving you the wifi details without having to ask for it, English TV channels or a DVD […] player to borrow, quieter fridges in the rooms. Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into when booking a hotel room in Japan! Rooms and beds were very small, although I am told this is par for the course in Japan. Overall, clean and hotel staff was helpful. Little out of the way if you are intending to see the sights in Tokyo. Having said that there are sights in the area like Mt Takao […] that are definitely worth checking out. The only reason I gave "Condition and upkeep" a 4 is because smoking is allowed. As an American, I am not used to having tobacco smoke inside of a hotel. My daughter and I stayed on the 9th floor and smelled smoke pretty much continuously whenever we were on that floor, including in our room. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic.

I like to stay here when I have business in Hachioji. Close to Keio Hachioji station and there are many restaurants and stores.

Clean, quiet hotel with rooms that are too small to be comfortable. No wireless Internet except in lobby. Breakfast buffet below average; you can do better in neighborhood restaurants.

The room was usual size for economy business travel in Japan, but the room layout was good and clean. The hotel is in a very good location--ideal for my itinerary. Internet was by ethernet cable (provided) and network access was no problem. Many places to eat nearby. All things considered--especially price, I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and efficient, breakfast buffet was very good, and neighborhood has many shops nearby. Room was small but adequate, very clean and well maintained. Beds a bit hard. Liked it well enough to book an additional 2 days for the end of my trip.

The only disadvantage to this hotel is the location: Hachioji is quite a distance from downtown Tokyo. However, you can easily get downtown, on a single train, so if you don't mind the time it takes (best part of an hour) then it's not that big a problem: on the way into town you can usually get a seat as the trains leave from Hachioji anyway. To get […] to Shinjuku, take the Keio line: it's cheaper than JR and, while it takes a tiny bit longer, you save that time walking as the station is right outside. Both stations are very convenient and the surrounding area has most of what you'd need near the hotel.The hotel itself is clean and quiet, and not too cramped. My room was a little hot though. The staff are helpful and welcoming, any time of day. If you don't need many frills and don't mind losing a bit of time to travel, stay here. 詳情

Overall the service is not up to standard. We try to request an early check in but they said they need to charge JPY1,000- additional fee. There is also no free internet service which most hotels provide nowadays. Again you need to pay extra fee if you want to use the service. Everything is about money in this hotel................

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times this year on trips to Japan. I get a business room, i.e. small, affordable, but it's very clean, the staff at the hotel are extremely nice and speak decent English. You are around the corner from a donut store, across the street from a 7-11, and within 100 yards from an 11 story mall complete with two stories of restaurants […] (I recommend the all-you-can-eat Shabu Shabu). 5 minute walk to the Hachioji train station and, as a jogger, head through the train station, up and over the hill and you can run along the river for miles. 長い滞在でしたが、ホテルにはラウンドリーもあり、簡単に洗濯できたので助かりました。 交通アクセスもいいので、また利用したいと思います。

　ワンボックスの車は、ホテル専用駐車場には停められません。立体駐車場のためだそうで。そのため近くのコインパーキングに停めることとなりました。また朝食ﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞは値段の割に食べるものは少なく（ﾊﾑやﾍﾞｰｺﾝすらなし）近くに駅があるのでそこで朝食をとるべきでした。ダブルの部屋だったのですが広さは写真と比べ狭いです。3人家族では窮屈でした。トイレと風呂が一緒だったのがちょっと・・・

Dieses empfehlenswerte Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Hachioji-Station entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal (eine Dame sogar deutschsprachig), bietet guten Komfort zu moderaten Preisen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind lediglich eher kleine Zimmer, deshalb empfiehlt es sich eine Stufe höher zu buchen. Es gibt dort zahlreiche Essens- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten […] und für den absoluten Notfall ist ein MacDonalds 2min entfernt. Mittels guter Bahnverbindungen ist man in ca 35-40min in Shinjuku ("Zentrum"). Tagsüber fährt alle 2-5min ein zug dorthin. Für Personen die aus einem bestimmten Grund Hachioji wählen, kann ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, ist man allerdings ein Tourist der Gesamt-Tokyo erkunden will, ist ein Hotel im Zentrum empfehlenswerter, wenn auch teurer. 詳情

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundliches Personal, insbesondere die Damen am Front Desk sehr hilfsbereit und z.T. auch gut Englisch sprechend. Zimmerausstattung gut. Lage in Hachioji zentral. Wäscheservice sehr gut.

Små senger og generelt små rom. Men det er som forventet i Japan Bodde på dobbelrom, og hadde derfor nok plass til en person med mye bagasje. Bortsett fra lengden, var sengen som forventet, etter norske forhold.

För den som har ärenden i västra Tokyo kan boende i Hachioji, och varför inte då Hachioji Plaza Hotel, vara ett bra alternativ. Hachioji är stort som Göteborg men hyser 22 stycken universitet. Där finns intressant arkitektur, exempelvis byggnaderna som tillhör Tama Art University, men också närhet till naturupplevelser, exempelvis lagom ansträngande […] bergsvandring upp till toppen av berget Takao. Med ett snabbtåg tar det bara ca 40 minuter in till Shinjuku för den som ändå vill känna på lite högre stadspuls än vad Hachioji kan erbjuda. 詳情
