We were pkeasantly surprised with the Baymont Inn, we especially appreciated amenities like microwave and fridge in room and breakfast, pool and hot tub. The staff was very good and helpful.

I stay here everytime I come back to visit my kids! They love this hotel as much as I do! Very nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle!

This was a xmas gift get-away for my daughter & granddaughter. They loved it and said it was the best gift ever. They enjoyed the hot tub/pool. breakfast was excellent, and service and the peopke were the greatest.The room and especially the pillows were comfortable and inviting. It would have been wonderful to have a chair in the room that a person would actually like to sit in. I rarely find them and this was no exception -- no comfortable chair. Otherwise, the hotel was just fine, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was a good stay.

Hotel was new and nice. Stated in hotels.com that they did not take pets but luckily we called the hotel and they told me they indeed took pets with a $10.00 fee and a $25.00 refundable deposit. Comfortable clean room.

Hotel was great and staff was helpful. Only problem was that I forgot a couple of shirts in the closet when I checked out and they were gone the next day.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast bar included waffles, which is always a favorite with me. The location is close to United Market Street and several eating establishments.

This is a very clean, comfortable facility well located near shopping, restaruants, etc. Good for either business or liesure. Friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel seemed new and we noted no maintenance problems. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included hot items and was well stocked, even for a fairly late morning arrival to the breakfast area. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

This hotel is very nice, and the people were very helpful. I will stay there again during my next visit.

Had a great room, friendly front-desk staff, clean hotel....only downside was that the hallway to our room smelled like smoke...other than that, great hotel.

I have been to many different types of hotels, this one was very accomodating. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the pool and hot tub were heaven and child friendly. They did overbook and when my sister arrived the next day, they didn't have the room we requested. They upgraded her to an amazing suite for no additional charge. Stay was great, as far as, price, convenience, and location. The day & night receptionist were very friendly on the phone. The receptionist in the afternoon was slow and not real friendly. The breakfast was good and the price was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel but I had business to conduct, there was no Internet, and it two hours for them to call tech support, which took them only 10 minutes to fix. Then the fire alarm went off three different times and the staff didn't seem to know what to do. Breakfast was mediocre. Hotel appears to be quite new. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs and sausage in additon to waffles and other breads. Decent exercise room, except the treadmill didn't work very well and was noisy. I would stay there again.

Staff was attentive, Breakfast was busy with lots of people, but the hostess worked feverishly to maintain the service. She needed help, but did an wonderful job keeping up with everyone. Hotel staff was quick to respond to requests. AAA+ My kids and I will absolutely stay there again

Nice hotel room - has separate sink and bathroom area - but the bed was not comfortable - woke up and my back was killing me....

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I am always impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of all employees. The rooms and amenities are very satisfactory. The continental breakfast is very good.

they have two hook type things on the inside of bathroom door. Upon closing door arm connected with lower hook. It peeled back a three corner tear in my arm by the elbow. I stopped the bleeding with toilet paper,however there was blood on the floor next to the toilet.Tried to get it all but missed some. While out of room on Saturday, maid came and made […] beds. Did not clean up blood off of floor in bathroom, and wall. Also, I had asked person I talked to at your offices ,when I made reservation, to please let hotel know I needed hdcp room and she stated it would be done,Did not happen. The staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. I'll definitely stay there again when I visit Wichita Falls.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and very professional. My room was clean and was very spacious. The hotel was near many restaurants and shopping. I cant wait to go back and stay longer.

We traveled from Houston to Santa Fe, and Wichita falls is a logical over-night stop. This hotel is nice, clean, newly renovated, and it is just as described. Our two little dogs were very happy in the hotel, and the the pet fee ($10 per pet per night) is definitely more reasonable for over night stay than larger amount for a "one time" fee. great place to stay

Room was fine for one night. Hot tub did not work. Smell was overwhelming..I had to go by air freshner. A little too much for what I got.

I expected more from a "newer" hotel. The hot tub did not work (still). I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had the same problem, but it has not been fixed. I stay in a smoking room and expect the "smell", but this hotel was worse than most. I could swear it was really old by the smell of the room. Great hotel, brand new. they put out fresh hot cookies every evening and the breakfast was good. Only bad thing is my TV did not get local FOX so I could not watch the world series.

Even though I had booked a smoking room, when I arrived at the hotel there we no smoking rooms available. I had to stay somewhere else. Desk refused to refund my money.
