The Palazzo Resort Hotel & Casino at the Venetian - 拉斯維加斯 36.12478, -115.16965

Plush hotel with all the amenities. We stayed on the concierge level which provided preferred check in, access to the lounge with breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert times and complimentary drinks during certain hours and also access to the workout room. The lounge is huge with a baby grand piano, windows, big screen tv's and plenty of comfortable seating. The concierge staff is incredible and goes to every length to make your stay amazing. The hotel is located in a great place - right across from Treasure Island with their nightly pirate show and kitty corner from a huge mall with all the greatest shops and department stores. We will only stay here from now on. Not one bad moment.

The suite is big, has everything including a jogging machine....The night view from the big window in the living room is sooooooo great!

Our room was beautiful! But it was a bit dusty...the headboard on the bed, the table to eat that overlooked the golf course, and the cabinet with the tv. It was pretty dusty, like it had not been dusted in over a month.

Wonderful people working with the public. Beautiful suites, but the black marble in the bathrooms, needs maintenance, you have broken furniture, dirty couchs.Please!!! The Palazzo management a five stars hotel should be in better condition. Send somebody to prepare a report of all those small but big details, that should be been taking care asap.

I checked in at noon and was given my room immediately, instead of have to wait till the official check-in time of 3pm. Also, I was given a complimentary upgrade to strip view. The front-desk clerk also gave me a print-out that included coupons for the hotel restaurants, passes to Lavo nightclub, and $50 slot credit(if you sign up for the player's club). I had the Bella Suite, which has two queen beds. All other suite types only have one king bed. Supposedly all the suites have a sofa-bed, but I didn't try it out. I was happy with the amount of space in the suite(720 sq. ft.). The restaurants and shops on this property aren't cheap, but that is to be expected in a luxury casino resort. I think that the $16 resort fee that they charge per night should only be for people that actually take advantage of "resort services". Either way, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again if they give me a good deal.

Upon arrival to The Palazzo Resort, we were greeted by welcoming staff, & the georgous lobby. Our 720 square feet suite was a gift from Hotels.com for booking 10 nights with them. Little did we know prior to check in, that the suite came with some wonderfully free concierge lounge ammenites. This resort is tops, with great location, views, perks & very hospitable staff! Thank you Hotels.com for giving me the opportunity to celebrate my Las Vegas birthday in style!

This hotel is very luxurious with a lot of attention to details. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and well decorated. My only complaint would be that there are light switches for everything, except for a light near the beds which uses a somewhat hidden switch near its base to turn off (took a while to find...).

We spent a FREE night in the Palazzo with our Welcome Rewards from Hotels.com and it was amazing! We also got the concierge suite so we had the all you can drink and eat concierge lounge that was wonderful. The place is as immaculate as they get.

Between the Venetian and Palazzo, which are connected, you have access to all the gaming, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping you may require. I was there approx. 24 hours and only left to find a Starbucks (at Mirage).

This was with out a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The Concierge Suite was well worth the added money and will do that on our next stay in Vegas.

This is one of the largest hotel suites that I have ever experienced. In addition to the sleeping area, there was a sunken living space/office with full sized sectional, flat screen tv, desk complete with plug-ins, printer/fax, and a table with additional seating for 3. Bathrooms were spacious with separate toilet, double sinks, a make-up area with seating, another flat screen tv, a stall shower, plus a full sized soaking tub. Outstanding!!!!

For the amount we paid to stay at the hotel I was expecting a little more. For instance we got the Bella Suite which included 2 queen beds, these queen beds were short, my feet were at the edge of the bed and I am 5'4! The room service was very pricey and we ordered steaks and it was tough and not edible, we asked for a refund.Do not go to Dal Toro Ristorante, if you do, do not order the lasagna, which has a hard boiled egg included in the sauce.The service was horrible and so was the food. Everything else about my stay was great,Dos Caminos had the best mexican food I ever had, and I am from Texas so I know my mexican food! Customer service, vallet, everyone was friendly. But I think next time I will try the Belagio,since everywhere I wanted to go was in that area anyway.

It's a beautiful hotel...i've stayed at the Encore and loved it, but the Palazzo is right up there. It's just as luxurious, the basic rooms are a good size with a living area and sleeping area. There were also 3 flat panel tvs. Encore is great but if you wanna save a couple hundred bucks the Palazzo is gorgeous aswell. It's very comfy and didn't wanna leave the room, but you're in Vegas and there's so much to do!

The hotel was what we expected based on the reviews we had read. It was well appointed, ther service was good and the resturants available were more than you could want. We had had two experiences that were not great, but did not affect our stay. First was on arrival they did not have what we had booked and we had to upgrade and then also pay for the upgrade. The second was one day we came back to our room having left at 9.ooam and it still had not been cleaned at 2.oopm. Was a little suprised at that. But generally speaking we enjoyed our stay. We would also have appreciated a coffe machine in the room to have the 1st cup befor e facing the world.

The hotel is linked to the Venetian and the Sands Expo Center forming a huge singular complex. My trip was a mix of business at the Sands and pleasure over the weekend. Overall the place was a great location to be based. The rooms are large and clean. All are suites which, in the base model, means a drop down step from the bedroom area to a sitting/tv/desk area next to the window. We had a view of the north strip including Treasure Island. Fun to see the "Sirens" show and fireworks from 42 floors above. Carnevino and SushiSamba treated us well for food. The bar in the center of the casino offered a fun hangout late at night.

First time staying The Palazzo for my business trip as I stayed in Trump Hotels last time. I did receive great services and free upgrade on room to very roomy suite this time. In addition, I also receive many freebies from the hotel. Comparing with the Trump, I would prefer to stay The Palazzo on my next return.

We stayed in a Concierge Fortuna Suite. It would have been $100 less if not for the concierge treatment. So what do you get for your $100? A nice continental brekfast with a couple of hot items. cookies, soft drinks, fruit and candy jars in the afternoon, and nice snacks/desserts + open bar in the evening. You can just get one meal a day and snack here and you'll be fine. Unless you're really a light eater or on a budget and then you could probably subsist on what they give you. On top of the food, you get access to the lounge which is on the 23rd floor, private check in and the Royal treatment. The people that work the concierge level are awesome. Super well trained, they are friendly, but not familiar and completely non-judgemental even if you're dressed like a slob. A lot of the people there just seemd like they were regular folks indulging themselves for a specail treat, which this place is. The drinks were awesome with premiun liquor. We ordered Mojitos, Mai Tais, Long Island iced teas, etc. Id you weren't a drinker would the extra $100 be worth it. Probably not. But if there are two of you and you each have a few drinks (or more) than you can easily justify the added expense. On top of that, it was just plain nice to be treated so well and to avoid the long check in lines, etc. Oh yeah, and the room was great, too! We paid a little over three on a Sunday night. At that price we felt this was a good value. Hope this helps and have a great time!

This hotel is magnificent. It has al the amenities and the expectations were higher then expected. The service was also wonderful and all of the staff was very professional and polite. THE CASINO WAS WONDERFUL THE DECORATION WAS SPECTACULAR. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND IT. Thanks

We stayed at the Palazzo to celebrate for my best friend's bachelorette party. The room was spacious and clean giving us just the right mood and comfort needed. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Wow what a wonderful hotel. The best was that it's casino is smoke free! Beautiful hotel. You don't have to leave the hotel. Lots of entertainment, shopping & restaurants on site. Attached to the Venetian for added advantages. Has over-walk to mall too. Close to the rail system for easy transportation up and down the strip. Standard rooms are large. We stayed in a Bella Suite with 2 beds. Had large sitting room. 3 TV's in the room (1 was in the very large bathroom.) Only complaint was that there is not a mini-bar for refrigeration use and no coffee maker (that's so you'll walk the 1/2 mile down the hall to the elevators and down to the coffee house at the bottom of the elevators wherein you'll pay $3.50 ish for a cup of coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason - business or pleasure. Hotel staff went above and beyond to be nice & helpful. You have to see it to believe how great it really is!

I enjoyed the comfort, view and cleanliness of the room. However, I would have gladly traded the TV in the bathroom for a coffee maker

Everything was perfect! At the begining I was planing to go with wynn or encore but considering he price I paid ( 257$ a night for a Bella suit view) , it was completely worth it. I would defenetly recommend this hotel to young people who want to pay less but still go to a fancy place.

Really nice room and awesome bathroom with great products. Palazzo is more mellow than the Venetian and the Casino is nicer. Shoping is great and tons of great restaruants. Pool was super crowded and it was hard to find seating without being on top of the people next to you. Pool area is not that great - only complaint.

This is a gorgeous property with all the great Vegas amenities. No need to leave the compound. However - it is comparable to Winn, Belaggio, and the other new high end hotels. The deal would have been sweeter if a spa service was included.

check in was fast. especially compared to other vegas large hotels. pool area not huge but comfortable.The restaurants were good but expensive and the lavo night club was great fun. Had a great overall experience.

2nd time staying here and I couldn't imagine staying any place else! Once again, loved the room, the service and the pools. Can't wait to stay again.

The Palazzo was all that it was reputed to be. It's an extremely beautiful hotel, and, in conjunction with the Venetian, has wonderful restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated the Lux Restaurant, a beautifully designed "coffee shop" type restaurant that served delicious and plentiful home-style cooking at very reasonable prices, something you don't fimd in most upscale hotels. The hotel decor is extraordinary and to me combines the visual excitement one expects in Las Vegas with a sense of restrained elegance (not the case in all the upscale hotels in LV). The pools were wonderfully laid out, though I didn't see what was so special about Azure (for which one was charged a two-drink minimum). The hotel room (the "basic" Luxury Suite) was among the most beautiful and comfortable hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. And, surprisingly, the view (not a "strip view") from the 45th floor of the mountains and the Wynne next door was even better than looking at the Strip. The only thing I can think of to complain about were the pillows (not as comfortable as one would expect) and that is was hard to get the temperature of the room to the right level at night. But these are minor issues. The Palazzo was the highlight of our Las Vegas stay.
