The Palazzo Resort Hotel & Casino - 拉斯維加斯

We stayed at the Palazzo for a couple of nights prior to the NFR finals. It is a first class hotel,including everything possible for ammenities. Fantastic !

My wife & I went on a little romantic gateaway & this was a great place to go. Very nice room with the separate living area, centrally located to shopping, dining. We didn't get a chance to visit the nite club that is located inside the casino, but will defenately do next time. Very comfy bed slept very well. Overall everything was great.

I went to the Palazzo over the holidays with my wife and in-laws. The rooms impressed everyone, and we almost didn't want to go anywhere outside. It was superlative. The gym totally rocks, and I loved that they did not charge for gym use (included in the resort fee). Internet was also included in the resort fee. Very refreshing for Vegas. Impressive hotel. Great location. Overall good experience, one of the top 5 nicest hotels in Vegas. Had to ask for a new room, carpet wasn't clean. Carpet wasn't clean in the second room either. Besides cleanliness good experience. Prefer Encore, or Wynn. Nicer room last stay in the Venetian tower.

Registration was fast and efficient. Maid service was excellent. Hotel room was comfy, Morel's restaurant was so yummy, and the spa was disappointing (it felt like I was on a conveyor belt and it was huge and impersonal.... Perfectly situated on the Strip, amazing suite. Great views and furniture. We even received vouchers. However, when we tried to redeem the vouchers, we had some issues. The spa wouldn't redeem the $40 voucher, saying it wasn't valid on the weekend. And advertised rates are weekday rates, which are higher on the weekends. Also, we were hit with a $54 […] resort fee when we checked out. Overall a nice choice, but the nickel and dime games will keep me away next time. 詳情

The room was extravagant, yet not too expensive for what you get. Room service was great, even though the hotel was extremely busy they got everything I ordered to me quickly and were very friendly. Enormous hotel so everything took time. It was worth being in a room that had access to the Prestige Lounge.

I loved it. I have stayed here for 4 times already and I keep returning.

Had a great stay, room was great and very comfortable. Only complaint is we consumed a few things from the mini bar the first day out of a 3 night stay and the items were never replaced.

The ciontents of my luggage was damaged during my flight to Las Vegas, necessitating that my entire wardrobe be laundered and dry cleaned. Palazzao's staff did an exemplary job in handling this request, getting all 40+ pieces of clothing freshly laundered and pressed in a matter of hours. I couldn't have been more pleased.

This hotel is gorgeous. Our room was quiet and spotless. We had an awesome time at this hotel.

Nice touch with the in-room printer. That came in handy! But don't use the phone. Holy cow $$$$

I thought the service would be better for being the nicer part of the Venetian. I have stayed there before and was really impressed- but I wasn't that impressed with service here. First, when I checked in, there were still rings and spills on the counter and tables when I got to the room. Then when I called the front desk to see if I could stick some […] leftovers in the frige- I was informed it was not for personal use and if I moved the items in the frige, I would be charged. So don't take leftovers from anywhere if you are staying here. Lastly, check out was on a Sunday morning and of course we went out late on Saturday and there was going to be an over $100 charge for a late checkout- after 11 am. Seriously? It is Vegas on a Sunday morning! Really? For the amount we paid for a bigger suite- I thought it would be worth it, but I was not impressed. The room itself was huge and had a great view- but I am sure in Vegas during the winter time you can better deal for your money somewhere else. 詳情

Fantastic place to stay. We booked the club room package and it was well worth it. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

This was a very nice room -- spacious, clean, and well lit. The bathroom seemed a little dungeon-like, but I was impressed by the shower. Having a TV in the bathroom was also unique. I enjoyed the golf coverage while I shaved. My only complaint was the Davidoff cigar vendor next to the champagne bar. The cigars were extremely dry and overpriced. I […] smoke and enjoy a a great deal of cigars. I paid more than double the price for a box-pressed Padron that tasted and smoked as though it was stored on a cactus in the Mojave. The vendor needs to work on their storage technique. I was very disappointed with their customer service as well, especially when I commented to them about the dryness. Great hotel in a great location. We stayed in the "Luxury Suite" and it was wonderful!

this resort is amazing, I did only give it a 4 on Comfort of your room as there is no coffee maker in the room, not really a deal buster but still kind of a let down.

Lovely room and casino, just one issue on last day, housekeeping knocked on door at 5.00am to clean room, wasn't happy but overall a very nice hotel and got a fantastic rate on hotels.com

I stayed at the Palazzo for one night for a wedding. Despite asking the front desk to let me know asap any room was available so we could we get ready to go to the wedding, I had to call the front desk and get a room... They were waiting for a specific room. Also the room was so loud that after the reception ended at 11pm w chose to leave the room. […] Even after coming back around 1 am the neighbors were extremely loud waking us up several times. Upon checkout i was not asked even once how the stay was. For the price of the room, I would have liked to have gotten a few hours sleep and not had to listen to the neighbors. 詳情

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to negotiate. Our Luxury Suite had 3 tv's and was lovely. We used the pull out in the room and it had no bedding and had a few crumbs in it from the sofa. We asked for non-feather bedding but couldn't communicate what we needed from housekeeping. The comforter that we received from housekeeping for the pull […] out seemed less than clean. Reserved a Bella Suite to accomodate a group of 4 ladies during a recent trip to Vegas in early November '11. Hotel and staff were top-notch. I do not give 5's liberally but this was a 5-star experience. Let me also give you some advice about the $20 trick (google $20 trick vegas for details). great place to stay in Vegas.

My wife and I stayed in one of the larger suites on the 35th floor and it was big enough to be a small house. The hotel is amazing, the lobby has less smoke than 90% of the casinos in Vegas and the customer service is superb. It's expensive but worth the money for sure.

The sunken living room and couch make the rooms much more comfortable than the standard "box" hotel room. I've stayed in most of the so-called 5 star hotels on the strip and this (and it's sister hotel next door) have rooms that appeal to me most.

Really great room. Very spacious and roomy. It kind of feels like you are in your own place, but very classy. It was close to the shopping mall. Has really great food within walking Distance. Also, don't miss the blue man group!

Allocated room had no view of the strip, coffe table was disgustingly dirty, dining table was chipped and the sofa had brown stains of which I can only guess where they came from. Needless to say a better room was found once we had complained at reception. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, so a trip down to the coffee shop on the second […] floor was required every morning to kick start the day.The security guards are a little officious, having seen me wander into the coffee shop half asleep demanded to see my room key two minutes later! There are other hotels which offer better value in my opinion (this was my sixth trip to Vegas staying in a different hotel each time). 詳情

After making last minute travel bookings, my wife and I were a little concerned on what type of hotel we would find. To our surprise, we ended up booking this 5 star hotel. We were both incredibly impressed with the beauty, architecture, service, and aminities this hotel offered. Good hotel with excellent facilities and huge rooms towards the end of the strip. The one thing that lets it down slightly is the level of service which is not up to that of other hotels I've stayed in across America - not sure whether this is the same across all the Vegas hotels due to the size of them. Great hotel, but beds are only ok. For the price, I expect more comfortable beds. Parking is right under the casino/hotel so you're better off parking yourself. I waited over 30 minutes to get my car from valet. It would have taken me 5 minutes to use the escalator to get my own car from the lot.
