We never had such a splendid stay until we met Yolanta. Her lovely B&B was the cleanest and the most comfortable stay that we ever had. It was so cozy and intimate and the dining and living area was beautiful. The grounds were full of blossoms and flowering trees and we would have used the patio deck if the weather was a little warmer. The breakfasts […] were amazing! This is a lovely B&B with 2 rooms. The beds are large and comfortable and the rooms spacious. Yolanta could not have been more helpful and her breakfasts are very special indeed. A much nicer place to stay than Niagra Falls which is only 20 mins away by car. And from here you are close to many of the local wineries. Recommended.

We had an amazing time at Yolanta's B&B!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, quiet, relaxing trip to Niagara. The main reason we booked this place was because it was the ONLY affordable place near Niagara Falls that had a King size bed, it had a great rating from previous guest and it looked clean. It was even better then expected! […] The breakfast was quite amazing, everything fresh and delicious, even the coffee was better then expected. Yolanta was kind, comforting, and welcoming. She keeps her house and the rooms clean, neat and comfortable. There was always freshly baked cookies in the room, candies and fresh water. Yolanta was very helpful and the B and B was top rate.We made great use of two bikes Yolanta let us borrow for free.A great way to see Niagra falls cycling from the B and B only 20k to get there and all on safe cycle paths

Very friendly service. Privacy. We had a glass of vino on the back deck all to ourselves prior to going out to dinner in NOTL, a short cab drive away. The breakfast was fantastic. Will be going back. My first B&B experience was great.

We were very happy with our decision to stay at Yolanta's B&B. Both she and her daughter Monica made us feel very welcome and it was like a home away from home. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the backyard oasis. This garden is beautiful! As noted by so many others, the breakfast is marvelous...bring along your appetites!

very small B&B, only two guest rooms available. Quiet neighborhood, hostess very friendly and accomodating, excellent Internet connection, better than most hotels. A few blocks removed from the village/business district of Niagra on the Lake. Guest rooms resemble the guest bedroom in my own home, very comfortable, private baths for each room.

5 min away from the main drag. I was very busy and had little time to spare in the mornings. Yolanta's breakfasts were excellent and the room was very comfortable at half the price of what I could get at the conference hotel. I really appreciated the bag lunch (breakfast) that she left me in the fridge when I had to depart at 5 am.

It was from a random B&B website that we found Yolanta's B&B. It was easy to find as per Google's map's instructions. When bike riding, we didn't realize how close the B&B was to the bike trails and the lake. The B&B was spotless, cozy and we had our own bathroom!!! the food was delicious and more than we can handle. We ate so much, that it was our […] breakfast and lunch combined. Yolanta herself is a warm person who is welcoming, friendly, produces amazing breakfasts and attends to details to make her guests comfortable. Room with twin beds is clean, comfortable and equipped with a TV. The common room area is spacious and encouraging of conversation with Yolanta and guests. I would definitely return.

Das B+B liegt nicht direkt in der Ortsmitte, die kann jedoch zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Die insgesamt 2 B+B-Zimmer befinden sich im gleichen Haus wie die Wohnung der Vermieterin, sind jedoch etwas abgetrennt. Sehr reichhaltes Frühstück!

Yolantha's B&B offered us a special place. It was a very neat and comfortable room with even a living room and a shaded porch at our convenience. We could use all kind of refreshments and sweets from the fridge. The beds were King sized and were really the best. In the day time a wonderful set of bikes stood at our convenience. We could even order what we wanted for style egg in the morning. and it was all more then we could eat with the fresh fruits and all kind of buns and warm dishes.
