Just back from a weekend at the Radissson Blu St Helier - excellent hotel. We booked a sea view room and were upgraded to business class, fabulous view of the bay and castle. It is a relatively new hotel which is well maintained. Staff are very helpful and rooms are very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and the bar and the meals were of a high quality. The breakfasts were very good with lots of variety.

Staff very polite and helpful and hotel was clean and very comfortable. Only drawbacks were that the cleaners were always in our room at an inconvenient time (on our return from breakfast-early) each morning, when we wanted privacy to organise ourselves for our day out. Great hotel, excellent location and excellent staff. I would certainly recommend this to anyone, with the only blemish being that the steam room was out of order ........ again. It was also being repaired last time I stayed there, but that was some months ago.

A very good hotel overall. Breakfast good with attentive service, toast bdiy can be frustrating if there's a queue. We didnt eat in the hotel at other times as there are good restaurants in st hellier. It a 10-15 minute walk into town so its not as convenient as the town centre hotels. Excellent hotel and excellent location. Front Desk upgraded us to an ocean front room at no extra charge. Good breakfast buffet. Easy to get to all locations on Jersey and nice to walk on the beach in the evening. Beautiful views of the marina and Elizabeth Castle. Good clean, modern room and friendly, helpful staff.

Great hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff. Panoramic views across the bay. Within ten minutes stroll into the main St Helier. Oh I almost forgot the breakfast!!! Just about everything you could wish for.

We really enjoyed our stay and we could not fault the staff, food or hotel at all except that there were no drawers at all in the room. It is obviously geared towards the business user rather than visitors who are staying for more than a few days as it was impossible to unpack smaller items and the wardrobe space was very small and a lot of that was […] taken up by the ironing board.
