Wingate by Wyndham Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia - 勞勒山

My only gripe was the hotel's location. I booked this room to see a concert in Philly; and although getting in and out was no big problem for my GPS, there was very little around that was open later at night. It was close to midnight when I made it back, and all that we could manage was a diner that was not even open 24/7.

THERE WAS RENOVATION GOING ON SO THE SPA AREA WAS CLOSED TO EXPAND THE FITNESS ROOM. AND WHEN ASKED FOR TOOTHPASTE (because I forgot mine) THERE WASNT ANY AVAILABLE. OTHER THAN THAT. I HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY. THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS. HOUSEKEEPING AND GUEST SERVICES WERE VERY PERSONABLE.

i love my stay they let me see the room before i checked in and the people at the front desk has excellent customer service. room was clean and beautiful bath room i book a king suite. over all satisfied!!!!

The hotel is very clean, seems new. They allow pets and breakfast was included. The hotel is not very sound proof. We could hear the people above us and down the hall until late into the night.

Noisy upstairs was not dealt with by hotel staff. Breakfast was pretty lousy.

Hotel cleanliness is outstanding. Whirlpool inoperable, pool only available if owner is on property, TV freezes or gets pixeled a lot, wifi goes down frequently. We had a problem with bathroom, maintenance staff if not available at all times. Staff is very friendly but unfortunately too many down sides to staying here. The hotel was great but the closet where my clothes were smelled like mildew after I left, did not notice it while I was staying there, for 3 days. When I got to the next hotel and put on clothes in the closet there was a smell. Other than that, the room was great.

Late arrival? No problem, desk had key at the ready. Late to breakfast? No problem, still a well-stocked buffet at 8:45. Room was clean and comfortable, hot water was hot for shower, and the alarm clock worked. Had no problem with TV or internet connection. If I had to find something to point out...perhaps the night stand was too close to the comfortable […] bed. But the extra pillow provided gave me a cushion against accidentally banging my head in my sleep. Elevators were quick, ample parking on the clean grounds and a good restaurant (The Sage) nearby. They keep forgetting to replace the coffee in the room daily (for multiple night stays)

VERY happy with the courteous and professional staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Clean and in good shape. Staff was very helpful with a couple of requests. Only weird thing was the smell of the water. Was a rotten stinky smell out of the bathroom faucet. That was the only issue. Will stay here again.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel,which is why I booked it twice. Friendly staff. The room was always neat and clean. I also enjoyed having breakfast every morning and being able to use the fitness area. I would book there again.

Loved everything, except breakfast,which I would glady have paid and extra 10-15 a night for. Coffee was too bitter, juice too sweet, and breakfast meat was not good. Otherwise everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Mt Laurel is hotel city. The area is near philly half way between NY and DC so it is a good place to stop if you are on the road. This place was well priced clean convenient and they let me check out an hour ofter normal check out time

The Hotel is only three years old and it is very clean and spotless. I liked the decor and amenities. It is more like a four star hotel to me not a three star as advertised. I would definitely stay thereagain.

I went to this location for some much needed rest and relaxation. OMG the stay exceeded my expectations. Keep up the Great Work.

Room & amenities were nice, but did not have the jetted bathtub described.

Hotel provides a the same average breakfast daily but it will sustain a person until lunch. If one prefers, there are several restaurants within a mile and even a McDonald's next door for better coffee. Room was quiet and bed comfortable - just what we were looking for. Booked via hotels.com and got a great rate over the Thanksgiving weekend. Place was clean; staff was friendly; free breakfast was good. Large room and bathroom with marble counters everywhere. Microwave and fridge, too. Very good value for the low price!

It was a very pleasant stay. The front desk was very helpful to my wife and I. Our room was very clean and had all of the eminities one could ask for in the price. The breakfast had variety in both food and beverages. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.

Clean room, helpful staff, free wireless that worked, hot water that worked, a fridge that worked, and a reasonably comfortable bed. The free breakfast was on the lame side even for free breakfasts in hotels. Overall I was satisfied and will use this hotel again when I'm in the area.

This was a great hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable allowing some time for some much needed rest. Will be put on the list as a getaway spot.

The hotel service was ok, but they didn't know much about the area. If you don't have a car, there is nothing to do near the hotel. All over, the stay was ok, the room was clean and a big, lovely bed.

I made a mistake and checked the wrong box on the beds. I called within a couple hours of noticing my error. I called the hotel and he kept me on the phone for no more than 10 seconds telling me not to worry. Guess what, I got there and they were sold out. Now, I have myself and another associate staying in a king size bed instead of two doubles. Talk […] about awkward. After being up for 48 hours, when I laid down in the bed my tired body sunk into the bed. That was the most comfortable bed. Everything about our stay was pleasant. Staff was always courteous. Hotel was clean, Location was great. I would stay at this location again when I return home. Cost was great.

We chose the Wingate last week for a stay in the Philly area based on its low price compared with other area hotels. We were very happily surprised at what a nice room we had. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. Also, nice quality toiletries in the bathroom and a good complimentary breakfast with plenty of variety. Polite […] and helpful staff.
