Microtel Inns And Suites Dover - 多佛

This is a no frills hotel with very clean rooms (which is the most important to me). The check in process was very pleasant. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay at Microtel Inn again.

Stayed their for one night before I took my lsats. Staff was friendly every time i interacted with them. The place was clean and comfortable.

The room was small, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets and blankets were fabulous, not itchy and uncomfortable like cheap hotels tend to be. Was able to adjust heat with the touch of a button. front desk carries essentials in case you forget (toothbrush, razor, etc.) Overall good choice for a quick night!

The hotel was really nice and the staff made our stay enjoyable. The rooms with the single king bed are a little small, but still quite comfortable. I did enjoy the keurig coffee makers and they were made available all day, not just at breakfast.

A very nice stay with no hassles. Staff even printed my boarding passes for me as they was no printer in the lobby. I really like the bed area lighting in Microtel rooms.

Comfortable place to stay, just a littleout of the way for visiting the coastal area.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and it is close to UNH.

Rooms are very clean. For the price, you can't beat it. Didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment on that.

Clean, comfortable and no frills. I was a little concerned about noise when we were assigned a room immediately adjacent to the lobby. The room however was surprisingly quiet. Nice job with noise-proofing!

Good hotel for a night or two. They don't even have a room for breakfast. Looked clean. Bad picture quality TV.

Room was very nice the staff was helpful and wanted to make sure we were happy. There was plenty to do i the area and was close to the locations we wanted to see.

Given wrong information about pricing for crib. First crib was dirty and the side rail would not stay up, had to get another, which worked fine. Housekeeping turned our AC down to 65 when they cleaned the room. It was only 70 outside and I have a 6 month old, not ideal.

This place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes to Highway 1. There is plenty of restaurants and there is a walgreens right down the road. We would stay there again!

1. NO Pool This should be posted on website in big letters. 2. 5 or 6 Tables for breakfast. You'll have to rush to get one. 3. Slow refilling breakfast menu items. No fruit is served or they didn't have any that day. I didn't bother asking. 4. Should have up to date pictures of the actual hotel room. This hotel is super clean, updated decor, close to many stores in Dover and a short distance to Maine/Boston. The ONLY draw back is that the walls are paper thin. We were on the second floor and could hear every foot step upstairs, every door close in the hall and every baby cry ect. Great rate. Located about 15 minutes from the coast. The room was small but adequate. The only down was the room location just outside the elevator. a little noisy at night. Our hotel stay started off nicely with a clean room and a location close to everything we wanted to do. However, we soon discovered that safety was not a priority for this hotel. Our door did not lock properly- deadbolt did not work at all and screws were coming out of the lock itself. As a result, every time someone around us open or shut their door, […] our door would loudly flap back and forth because it was not fully secure (and this happened a lot the first night because we were next to the side entrance!). I complained about this to the front desk and they were going to put in a request for maintenance to come and check it out so, even though it caused us some annoyance the first night, the problem was eventually solved. The big problem came the next day when we tried to take a shower. They had placed us in a handicapped accessible room, which was fine with us at first. However, the shower was flat at the bottom and did not have a lip to step over like a normal tub (so someone in a wheelchair could just wheel right in). Even with the shower curtain closed and the bath mat laid out, the whole bathroom floor flooded after two people took showers. We were slipping and sliding all over the place while trying to dry off and get ready! This may seem like a minor annoyance to some people, but I was 6 months pregnant and was very concerned about falling and hurting my baby (I was already becoming very uncoordinated as it was). My husband had to use all of the towels provided to try and mop it all up and still was not able to get it dry (I took pictures and wish I was able to post them on my review!). I understand why the shower was designed the way it was to be accessible to people in wheelchairs, but there needs to be something to prevent the water from getting all over the place to provide safety precautions to everyone, handicapped or not. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and were very pleased with everything. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. We did a lot of traveling around the area and it was nice to come back to a very quiet relaxing environment. Very economical!!

Nice room, all new and comfortable. Price was high, but relative to other hotels in the location, it was reasonable.

We had a hard time getting to sleep as they booked a family above us. The parents were letting the kid run up and down the hall stomping feet at 11PM. We had to call and visit the front desk 3 times before they addressed our concern.

Nice clean room - somewhat small - and motel is pretty much no-frills although the complimentary self serve breakfast was a bonus. Good value and hotel is perfect if you just need a room for the night. i had never heard of the hotel before but we decided to take a chance, and was in the perfect location. The room was clean (but no closets or drawers), the staff polite and knowledgeable and we had an extra surprise of internet in the lobby. Good price, good breakfast, clean room. A find for a short visit

Great hotel, clean, friendly service, good breakfast. The location is nice there is a lot of restaurant and shop around. Close to Kittery outlets. The only thing missing is a pool :) I would recommend this hotel for anyone going in vacations in the maine and new hamphire area.

I was very happy staying at the Microtel in Dover, NH. I was very impressed at how clean everything was, from the room to the hotel grounds- It looks almost brand new. The complimentary continental breakfast was great and saved us even more money! I would definitely stay here again-

Never heard of Microtel Inn and Suites.. but you can be sure my friends will hear about this motel.. it was awesome to say the least.. :) Thank you for your hospitality and being a first class suite in our book.. I loved the coffee.. so good.. :)

First the hot water was out for two days. No compensation. Second, the housekeeper turned the shower head facing outward and lifted the shower handle to when my wife turned on the shower it flooded the entire bathroom and soaked her and the kids. Again, no compensation. Might have been funny when we were 12. Not now, however. Never again!!!

I found the Microtel to be clean and the staff friendly, but very ineffective. The walls were paper thin and our neighbors were very noisy all through the night. When I called the front desk they assured me they would take care of this problem, which they never did. Upon checking out , the front desk clerk told me she was aware of our issue and she […] was sorry, however, no compensation was made to us, nor were we offered to move our room the night before. The breakfast spread was nice and fresh and I thought the place was clean. It would have been better if the place had a pool also. Close to everything at a very good price. No pool or frig but didn't spend a lot of time in room because of all thbe things to do in area.
