This is a beautiful 5-star hotel near the center of Cascais. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast was amazing. The dinner restaurant within the hotel was just OK, but everything else was fantastic.

Hotel Grande Real was absolutely perfect. It was the essence of comfort. The buffet breakfast was excellent just one little advice , Irish and English people are tea drinkers and love a pot of tea made with boiling water. The tea served in the bar was perfect but in dining room was lukewarm in general. Staff are fantastic.

The hotel is great the staff could give lessons on customer service yes they are that good!!! The only thing is the food by the pool is expensive! But it's only a little gripe because the hotel is fantastic

Enjoyed our 5 nights stay in this fab hotel with our one year old child . A very elegant , yet relaxed , hotel with all modern amenities . Staff was very friendly & helpful without being in your face all the time . Hotel location is at a walking distance from the center of Cascais . This was our second time to stay in this hotel and it did not disappoint the second time around. If anything the staff were more welcoming this time. Our room, which had a sea view was incredibly comfortable and we spent many happy hours on the balcony enjoying the view. The pool area was really comfortable, and there were loads of sun loungers every […] day so no need to rush to the pool. We ate in the hotel on a few occasions and the food was great, and significantly better value than in 2009. Drink prices were as you would expect for a 5 star hotel, but we had no complaints there. Overall this is an amazing hotel in a great location, and i would highly recommend a stay here. 詳情
