Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas - Red Rock/Summerlin - 拉斯維加斯

We arrived @ the Hampton Inn about 2 hours before check in which; I wasn't aware of. Instead of resisting the misunderstanding, the manager quickly contacted housekeeping and had the room ready within 10 minutes. In addition, the room, lobby, ammenities, and staff were all stellar. I have already recommended the Hampton Inn to friends and family.

I stay here frequently, and am usually completely satisfied. Perhaps this is a minor complaint, but my room really smelled like fresh paint last time.

Quality of service is EXCELLENT. Specially the Filipino lady in-charge of the Continental Breakfast. She very helpful to all the customers. Keep up the good work and service. Outstanding.

My husband and I were there visiting family, and didn't want to stay by the strip, so this hotel was exactly what we needed. It's not a casino hotel, so it was very quiet. I'm not sure if we were the only ones staying on the fourth floor, but it certainly seemed like it. We were completely happy with this stay. Highly recommend. Beautiful lounge and breakfast area. Plenty of room. Good food.

We arrived and got to our room easily because of the directions given on your website. The room was clean and breakfast was fine. But when there is a problem there is no one on site to help. The second night our door lock broke and our door would not close. At 10:30 pm after moving our daughter all day in the heat of a Las Vegas summer day no one from […] the front desk would even come up and look at the door because in the size of that hotel, which is big, they was only one person on site. They wouldn't even bring up a new key for the room change we had to make the change ourselves at our inconvenience. What a nightmare after the day we had! Nice and clean hotel. Only downside is very noisy A/C in room.

Un très bon hôtel très récent avec de grandes chambres confortables. Hotellet ligger ca. 15 minuter med bil från Las Vegas mittkärna, ett helt perfekt läge om man har bil. Frukosten var helt otrolig med färsk fruktsallad varje morgon och mycket annat gott. Kan helt klart rekomendera detta hotell, väldigt prisvärt och mycket trevlig personal:)

Hotellet ligger fem minuter från "smeten" vilket vi uppskattade. Personalen är jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma och rummen helt ok. Frukosten var mycket bra och den var annorlunda för var morgon, fantastisk fräsch fruktsallad serverades varje morgon. Poolen var liten men uppvärmd vilket ger pluspoäng.
