Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年05月06日留下評價挺安静的，交通不是那么方便。大堂有股奇怪的“香水”味道。房间有些味道，可能因为旁边是和园博园，或者是下雨，有点霉的味道。房间很大很干净。 中餐厅的菜很好吃！早餐也很丰富。服务周到。

Very very nice hotel n facility to enjoy a weekend. Though it was crowded with visitors during weekends. China or Sz needs more these high class hotel to cater the market.

"Great hotel for staying but......"

In general - the hotel is great for staying, perfect environment, a few things that I do not like are: 1. I saw your uniform staff feeding the Japanese Koi at the ground level pond with kitchen left over (pork head skin in marinated sauce) - very oily food is not suitable for fish, even if they are just ordinary crap which eat anything - I don't think […] the staff was the intended person who take care of the fish, but the fact that he did fed the fish is just wrong 2. the buffet you have available from the "Feast" is way too damn expensive even compared to 5 stars hotel in Hong Kong...and it offer no flexibility in offering some of the items for room service, for example, I was trying to order some fresh oysters, but your staff told me that I cannot order them unless I am paying full for the buffet..sadly, I have to cancel all order 3. While the pricing of your Chinese restaurant on the ground floor is more acceptable, the portion of each dish is too small, for around RMB 165.00 each portion, I ordered two portion of goose liver, the same price in Hong Kong hotel in similar fashion would be 3 times the size on the food, however, the staffs were very good at serving. 4. Your staff who answered the phone when I chose the guest service button, speaks good reception English but have little understand of real English, so I have to switch back to mandarin speaking before the staff understand what I said when I was asking for two extra tubes of shower gel. 5. The most disappointing thing after all is on the day I check out, I called your guest service to request a late check out, she told me we are not allow to have late check out, when your web site said it is ok, I confront your staff again at your reception when I was checking out and settling bills at your reception, they also said it is ok to do late check out...so your damn guest services operator clearly screwed up. 6. Overall satisfactory. View was pretty good.You could slow down a bit and relax.Most of the staffs were nice and would warm welcome you.The temperature of room was too stuffy due to the poor ventilation of the air conditioner.No further improvement even checked by their technician. I wanted to enjoy the beach on a recent business trip. I wanted a Western hotel and have stayed at many Sheratons and been greatly satisfied. The Hotel was beautiful and right on the beach with lots of amenities. I wanted to go fishing and went to the concierge to arrange a trip and terrible english, so he got a manager to come over to translate; he […] said no fishing on a boat was available. I was surprised because this was a fishing village right on the sea. I got online and found one myself, so yes they are available and he would have just got on the phone and made a couple calls he could have saved me a lot of trouble. The breakfast area was also nice with a big wall of windows and a great view; if you smoked... non-smoking seating was inside with no view. I wanted some piece and quiet so I turned on the don't disturb light at the door. The maid service slipped a "sorry we didn't clean your room because of the don't disturb light" note under the door. Then kept knocking on the door and finally she just came right in saying she needed to clean the room. I called the front desk livid, they apologized. But it ruined my day at that point. There are no real activities around but the hotel has lots to do. Overall I was not satisfied due to the lack of English speaking staff and incompetent concierge and cleaning staff. 詳情

我定了三间普通客房，结果到前台办理入住时分配了三间带超大露台的高层套房，我只能用＂太幸运了＂来形容当时的感受。一切都好除了一件事：当我向客服要求额外的毯子时，他们说没有，我没法理解这样的酒店会连这么普通的要求都不能满足，毕竟我定的双床房，给的是大床房，被子是肯定不够用的。 无论如何，在全世界住过很多好酒店的我对这家酒店很喜欢。

Superbe hotel de luxe. personnel très accueillant, chambre grande et confortable avec balcon vue mer.... Buffet petit déjeuner impressionnant par la quantité de choix et la qualité des produits.
