The hotel is very roomy and clean. I did not care for the lighting. I tend to work late into the pm and the energy bulbs do not provide much lighting for work Good for long stay for pleasure very clean and helpful staff.

Great beds, decent staff. They seemed friendly, but not really all that happy to be helping. The room was very nice. Pool was clean and honestly one of the better smelling indoor pools I've relaxed at. Missing a tub, but the bathroom was tasteful and comfortable. Spacious room with king bed , microwave, and full size frig. Dishes etc to cook for our family and save money. Good bargain- we paid $88 for a king suite! and very nice breakfast- eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc. Very close to Crystal Bridge Art Museum. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay...but I did find hair in the shower and I disliked their breakfast wish they could have a better variety of things to offer and such a very small area to eat as well. The lady in the front desk was on the phone with a customer giving direction while i was waiting for about five minutes and she was making these faces because the guest […] couldn't find hotel. My husband and I have stayed at Simmons Suites before, but this was the first time booking it through Hotels.com. The lady at the counter (a manager, I believe) was rude and bossy to us. When checking in, she said nothing about changing our room reservation. Until I opened the door, I realized she had given us a double queen instead of the king we reserved. […] I went back to her and she stated that we had reserved a double queen. After I showed her confirmation paperwork on our king bedroom reservation, she admitted that it was in fact a king room reservation. But then, she made a lot of excuses and demands about why we should accept the double queen room she had given us (as if she had done us a favor). Instead of treating us like customers, she spoke down to us like she was our manager sending out orders. Finally, after much persistence, she admitted that a king handicap room was available. She warned me that next time I have to call the hotel directly to doubly confirm my reservation because third party bookings are not guaranteed. I have never had problems with booking any other hotel through Hotels.com except for Simmons Suites. Was she blaming Hotels.com for her error? I won't presume, but just be prepared. The hot tub was out of service, which was a big disappointment as well. Other than those frustrations, the room was comfortable and what we expected. 詳情

The hotel staff remembered me from 4 months ago. Made it feel as if we were friends. Staff always on to check customers in. Beds were soft. The only thing I would want would be a bathtub but the shower was nice and big. Kitchen is a nice thing to having for lunch or dinner.

We loved our room because it was clean and had conveniences such as the microwave and refrigerator within the room. Beds were firm, bathrooms were very clean, room air conditioning was good, an overall an enjoyable experience.

This place is very clean, has comfortable beds and large rooms. The full size refrigerator/freezer and kitchenette are very useful for a family. The bathroom was large and had a nice shower and plenty of counter space. We will stay here again when we visit our family in Bella Vista.

This is an excellent hotel for space and the room extras. Nice little kitchen area and modern decor. Close to everything and right off of the interstate. The only thing that I have notice the past couple of times that I have stayed is that the pool and hot tub are not maintained well with chemicals. If they could rectify this, I would rate it 5 stars. […] I don't generally get in but when I travel with kids, they do like to use it. I wouldn't have let them do that this Mother's Day weekend. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean...even the bathroom was generously sized. Beds were very comfortable, and the "contemporary boutique" decor was very nice. Even an immaculate kitchen area, complete with microwave, refrigerator, sink...all for under one hundred dollars! Very impressed!!

We stayed here two nights. First night air conditioner did not work. It was hot and humid and miserable. Next morning (7 am) talked to front desk about Air conditioner. It took them till 9 am to replace the air unit while we waited out in the lobby. We played golf that day and came back to the room at 4 pm. Room was not made. Got clean towels from front […] desk to shower. Breakfast room was very small and crowded. Hallways are narrow. Overall service was lousy. Would not recommend to anyone. 詳情

I booked this room for the price and the location, and more than pleasantly surprised at what a nice hotel this is! The rooms were very clean and had a small kitchen. There was an indoor pool and spa (and the water was crystal clear!) and even a modest sized workout room. There is a complimentary breakfast with a decent variety of items to choose from, […] not just donuts and muffins. My kids particularly enjoyed making fresh waffles. The staff was helpful in suggesting some family friendly restaurants after we got in later than anticipated. I can not begin to say enough good things about the rooms themselves! Clean, crisp linens that weren't dingy. A spotless bathroom that didn't feel like a moderate priced hotel. We plan to make trips back to this area for future family visits, and I won't hesitate to make this my hotel of choice. 詳情

Simon Suites is best place to stay in Bentonville for a reasonable rate. Stayed in other hotels around (Hyatt,Marriott,Double Tree) and Simon Suites is less expensive but with almost same facilities.

This is now my favorite place to stay in Bentonville. For the price and the quality of the rooms, I don't know of anything better. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very happy with my last few stays here.

Very please with the hotel. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Rooms very large and comfortable. The entire hotel and grounds were clean and in good repair. Staff was helpful with travel information and resturant locations. Room had a nice kitchenette. Easy acccess from interstate.

Good value. Hotel is close to Crystal Bridges Museum and Civil War Battlefield. Very clean, large room, good breakfast. I would stay here again without hesitation.
