Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月15日留下評價酒店職員很有禮貌,我們第一天到達時, 大堂職員即告訴了我們如何狂布拉格, 拿著一張職員給我地圖,她會慢慢告訴你由酒店開始如何步行至那些有名的地方, 所以有2天我們都沒有乘過任何交通工具. 而酒店大堂有FREE WIFI供應,向職員問一問就會給你LOGIN NAME及PASSWORD了, 非常方便. 酒店外也有很近的一間超市, 買水買啤酒買紅酒及日用品都很方便. 不過,房間內是沒有煲熱水壺的,可能要問職員才會給你, 不過我試過問了之後, 他們說十分鐘會給你但等了半小時卻只給了一壺普通的熱水, 用完也懶得再問他們再拿了. 但整體而言, 酒店也是可以推薦的.

"Ramada in Prague"
由 "Hong Kong" 的 Jenny L 於 2012年03月03日留下評價Very convenient location. We could walk all the way from the hotel to Charles Bridage, and from the Castel to the hotel. It is close to the metro too. Though the hotel is located in a "busy" area, the room was very quiet, as it was located in the "backyard". Nice breakfast too!

It was perfect. Service impeccable...Staff very friendly and accomodating .Hotel location nice and quiet after hustle of Old Town over the Charles Bridge. Our room opening onto the garden courtyard was wonderful. Breakfast out doors daily equipped with a mother duck sitting on 12 eggs, and the ducklings making their appearence before our departure. "lovely hotel but expensive"

The hotel is a wonderful hotel, small though, unexpectedly so, but charming once you realise this. It is like an oasis. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very expensive though and frequented by a lot of mature Americans which tends to put the pressure on to constantly tip. Being English tipping is not the norm and when charged a good price […] for something, definitely not deemed necessary. I would state this as a downfall as I hate the pressure of tipping, particularly after a very expensive treatment in the spa, being pushed to add another 30€ "just because" is not very relaxing. I strongly believe staff should be paid a good wage and clients not expected to top up the company's poor payment scheme. (Rant over!) Otherwise very central and good for seeing prague. The taxi from the train station should be 270 kuna - we were ripped off from the train station when we said the Manderin Oriental so be warned. 詳情

エントランスは地味だが、内部はとても良いしつらえで満足しました。雰囲気も素晴らしくまた滞在したいと思います。 不満なところとしては、 部屋でお茶が飲みたかったが、ポットもカップの用意もなく、オーダーして部屋まで運んでもらうルームサービスを頼むしかなく、紅茶くらい気軽に飲みたかった。
