Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月26日留下評價私人泳池很好,環境舒適,客房,㕑房,客廳空間很大,還可向酒店預定燒烤爐在池邊燒烤(食物自備),附近無大型購物點,步行五分鐘有小店售飲料零食,去海灘要約步行二十分鐘,海灘有不錯的餐廳及酒吧亦有按摩店,酒店一天只有三班車來往海灘及市區,較為不便,自駕晚上沿路路燈不足,但如想離開市區好好休息,這酒店是非常好的選擇!

"價廉物美"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月25日留下評價新年出發去旅行, 機票及酒店十分之費. 基於budget 有限, 我地決定選擇Casa Del M hotel 廉價酒店. 因為地方十分近巴東海灘, 行路大約30分鐘左右到達海灘。酒店設有車去巴東海灘附近，只有由酒店出發那程, 回程車沒有。酒店位於山上, 要經過村屋小路才能到達酒店。房間有兩個景觀, 一邊內園景望泳池，另一邊望巴東海灘。我們十分之好彩, 被安排入住望巴東海灘的房間, 每晚可以出露台望著海灘休息。房間尚算整潔，不提供牙刷，一般沐浴用品都有提供。酒店內亦設有按摩商店，入住客人可穫折扣按摩可以一試。酒店整體滿意，只有一少少美中不足;我們到餐廳取坐位食早餐的時候，服務員態度不有善。之後發現自助餐食物中, 只用中文字寫明 "不要一次取得太多，被免浪費食品", 並沒有用英文或泰文提點。可能太多同袍到入住此酒店，令餐廳的服務員留下不好印像。

"Not impressed & too expensive for quality"
We were not impressed with this hotel. They charged for everything and added 17% even on ice. The room had an unpainted ceiling and some of the lamps didn't work. Ants were bad. There was lots of bird poop all around the pool, and the mosquitos were bad at the only dining hall.Expedia 旅客真實的評價

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel and golf course is amazing, it felt like being on a second honeymoon. The Spa treatment was fantastic. We did hire a scooter, it was almost brand new - great machine :-), much better condition than what we have been offered in other hotels in Thailand. 安いから期待していなかったのですが、満足です。 部屋の家具がしまらなかったり、メンテナンスした方がよいですが、スタッフの方々は親切でした。（清潔で料金を考えるととても良いと思います。） レストランのカレーがとても美味しかったです。山椒の実が丸ごと入ったカレーが特に美味しく、プーケット4泊した中でベストディッシュでした！ ゴルフ場はまずまず。グリーンが低速グリーンでちょっと物足りなかったですが、距離も長く、お客一人にキャディー一人のリゾートゴルフを始めてエンジョイすることができました。Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"Major disappointment"
Hotel has to make some serious investments to be able to live up to the promises it makes in the marketing. Building and rooms were nice and views great, but everything else seemed to fall a part. Surroundings were not taken care of (overall maintenance), pool was very dirty and the water was not changed at all. The food was ok, but unfortunately the […] service did not work - main course came before the starters (if the starters came at all). Even there were only 5 people having dinner, we had to wait over half an hour. Waitresses did not speak english enough to understand basic orders and the prices were still kept at the same level when the hotel was opened about 8 years ago, although the level has gone down significantly. I hope that the golf course will get better with the new grass and that someone invests in the renovation of the building and the surroundings, as if not, the place will die out in two years. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
