This was our first experience in a riad and will be our favorite forever. From the first moment we stepped through the door out of the heat, dust and confusion of the bustle of Marrakesh, we were introduced to the tranquil, cooling atmosphere of a riad. A plunge pool in the central courtyard, an irregularly shaped room with traditionally mosaic tiled […] ensuite bathroom and effective air conditioning all ensured our comfortable stay. We chose the riad based on reviews of Hotels.com, but when we arrived we were disappointed. The hotel was dated, the staff were not genuinely friendly, the breakfast was supposed to be buffet but it was only bread and yoghurt. The pool is so small you can't swim. We felt that the hotel was skimping on the basic items and was only trying to get money, […] not pleasing the customer. The staff members were not professional, we felt they don't care about the guest, just as long as they get the money out of us. There was no luxury about it. We have stayed at other riads (better quality and more cheaply too), this has been the most disappointing. 詳情

Hotel correct sans plus, nous avons été très génés par les odeurs de cuisine dans les parties communes de l'hotel... Mais le personnel est charmant et l'hotel est propre.

Quel manifique Riad. Nous sommes sommes allés ma femme et moi dans ce Riad au mois de juin 2009 et nous avons reellement passés un superbe séjour.
