The breakfast was very simple. There is no place to sit when having a breakfast. The room was pretty old but quite ok.

Room was OK- and CLEAN! Nothing fancy but Clean so it was ok for my wife and 2 kids. Breakfast.. well plastic, cheap version of continental but Starbucks is 2 blocks form motel so we had our caffeine running..In other words, it is not a destination motel, but to stay a day on the way (as we did) or to attend short businesses in town it is sufficient. […] Not for a romantic evening perhaps. when I got there they suprised me with an expensive and unexpected charge for a dog. Then the Wi-fi didn't work. They were willing to do nothing about it. Do you self a favor and stay at the campus inn next to this hotel. It works out to be cheaper, better service, a hot tub and working wi-fi, not to mention a cheaper pet fee.

Good: value, location, allows pets Bad: booked on hotel. Com and was not made aware of $15 pet fee, shower temperature impossible to maintain, wi-fi intermittent, no place to walk pets for "relief". If you have breakfast, I suggest "pancake house" 4 blocks away.

Needed a budget place to stay overnight in Eugene on vacation and this place was basic, clean, and cheap. Not a lot of frills, but very close to downtown bars, centrally located, near the U. of O. campus.

It smells like a poorly ventilated old room in a damp climate. Stale and musty. Beyond that, they had a plastic pad over the mattress immediately under the sheet. I woke up in a puddle of sweat from sleeping effectively on a plastic sheet. Icky. There were only two pillows and two tiny towels. I could probably have requested more, but didn't. This was my second stay at the Broadway Inn and like the first is was enjoyable. Nothing special, just a clean room conveniently located, friendly staff, a decent free breakfast, and the right price. If your use of a motel is (like mine) to sleep and then get out and about, this is the place for you.

Room was a bit crowded with my family in it and the room somewhat small. The breakfast was disappointing, but it was free.... Heater in room was not adjustable to set for a specific temperature, so the room got too warm. Overall, the hotel satified out needs and we would reeturnn. the price was right!

Reasonably priced comfortable room at central location.

We found our room to be in extremely good condition! No "old construction" smells, nice paint job, well decorated, nice carpet, plenty of counter space for toiletries, good water pressure from shower, nice continental breakfast. Simply put, we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great value. Can't say enough good things.

Unlike every other hotel I have visited in Eugene, OR, the Broadway Inn has a wifi system with enough bandwidth to actually access the internet effectively and do work. I liked the extra room alot, a little small, but it gave us the privacy that we were looking for. The front desk was extremely helpful, we needed an early check in and there was no problem, also we had booked the room for 2 nights, but had to leave after one night and they were very nice about leaving early and worked with Hotels.com to get my money […] reimbursed. We were checking out the University for my son and the hotel was within walking distance. Good resturants with-in walking distance too. The breakfast was okay for our needs, nothing really special, but it worked and we had choices. 詳情

Not sure where the smell came from (mold? heater?) but was very noticeably musty smelling when you first walk in the room. You get used to it but it bothered me that it might be mold lurking somewhere.

The staff was very nice. My room was across from the check in desk and had people coming and going all night. I could hear my neighbors thru the thin walls. I stayed for three days and on the second day my room was not cleaned. The bathroom was so small that it was impossible to take a shower comfortably. Good price but, just not worth it.

Worst shower & the bathroom needs a remodel ASAP.

Well, just like we read in other reviews, the location was very good, the hotel is old 50's style and a little funky and basic but very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the pool was filled and open but it was too cool to swim the day we were there. We were skeptical of this hotel, at first, considering the reviews we read. Everyone we talked with were nothing but kind, everything was clean (even though dated a bit), and the atmosphere was quiet and very restful. Nothing flashy, but overall quite nice.

Our toilette overflowed after I tried to flush one tissue. Yes, one tissue. The water went everywhere. Luckily, the front desk person was nice enough to take care of it. Also, they have a decent continental breakfast in the morning. The location is convenient, close to UofO and the Hult Center but there are all sorts of creeps walking around the area […] in the evening. this hotel fit my needs completely. The staff is curtious and friendly, the room although very basic, which is all I require, was clean and comfortable and the continentat breakfast was very nice option in the morning. Very much enjoyed the gift basket of Oregon Duck accoutrements left in the room for those of us there for the game. It was very much […] appreciated and a nice and thoughtful touch. The location is nice, close to downtown and nice dining options, and the walk through campus to the game was a great way to stop and have a few pints and something to eat if you are not tailgating. overall the experience was very positive and met our needs quite well. I asked for 3 things when I booked my stay: quiet, quiet and more quiet. I got a room next to the dumpster and the dump truck woke me at 6:30. They HAD TO KNOW that the trash was picked up on that day. The friger popped and rattled loudly all night and unplugging it would have caused melted ice to cover the floor by morning. We stayed here the weekend of a football game. The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, the hotel, esp the rooms in the back, was quiet and the neighborhood is great. A quick walk to the stadium, the UO campus and downtown.... can't complain one bit! We'll be back next year! Thanks again Broadway Inn! Go Ducks!!

Both toilet and shower were clogged when we git to room and ny husband had to unclog them. Price and location good but room was gross.

Not terrible, but this place really has the "Old Motel" odor in the room.

This was a two star motel but well kept and a sufficient room. I did have two GPS units stolen from my car in the parking lot- but my fault because I accidently did not lock the car. Motel was clean and well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff.

This is a old motel...done up new and clean can see some of the old structure and the doors are old..but this place is CLEAN and the People are very FRIENDLY here will stay again and the One Bedroom suite works great with children

Our room was clean, with all the essentials, and we were able to choose from a number of good ethnic restaurants within a 2-block walk.

My husband, two sons, and I had to come up from California to stay a night in Eugene while we were there to buy a car--we didn't want to spend a lot of money and had never been to Eugene before. Picked the Broadway Inn randomly and were so happy we did! Our room was awesome--two separate rooms and a parlor--just right for the family. The pool was great. […] The location was super--we did lots of walking to town, to the river, to restaurants, etc. from the motel. The breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. The computer and printer in the lobby came in handy for last-minute map printing. But it was the staff that really made us feel great about our decision to stay there. We ended up having to stay another night when our car deal turned out to take longer than planned. They put a "courtesy" hold on the room before we could commit to the second night--it really gave us peace of mind, and then they ended up giving us a better deal for the second night than we got online for the first. Nice place to stay for the price, I only wish they offered cold ceral for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with two queen beds and it was HUGE.I don't know if they're all that big, but I think it had more cabinets in the kitchenette than my kitchen at home has. It was a great experience, we would definitely stay again.
