Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月27日留下評價第一次來上海，一個人自遊行形式，沒有什麼準備。因為看到Hotels.com的評價，選擇在這家酒店度過三個晚上。內裡設計、設備都是讓人感到舒適，方便的，特別喜歡那張透明玻璃辦工書桌，對商務工幹人士尤其合適。酒店落成不久，裝修仍然不俗。唯一不滿的是地點：離浦東等市中心約十多個地鐵站（酒店位置離2號線川沙站約2分鐘，由川沙站到陸家嘴站...東方明珠電視塔等地標距離十二個車站），如果想到處遊覽，倒是頗浪費時間的。

We found the standard of the club room lounge to be very disappointing compared to other Hyatt's in Singapore and Australia. This club access is supposed to be for the select few but probably due to the low cost it has attracted all the undesirables into it. My recommendation is to increase rhe price so that the club class lounge will give better […] service to the right people. We have decided that in Shanghai we will not be using the Hyatt hotels again as other than the club room issue we were not very well treated in the restaurant either. Also my wife ate something at the restaurant that resulted in her being sick, probably a mild dose og food poisening 詳情

This is a top notch hotel for sure, the only complaint I have is that the decor is very outdated. The TV is like from the 80s, the big tube ones that flickers non-stop. I'm sure some of the rooms are updated but you can still get one like mine. Also, the river room doesn't automatically mean its facing the Bund, you have to make sure.

hotel has one of the most amazing views of shanghai!!! reception desk is on the 54th floor and has an almost 360 degree view of all of shanghai's skyline our room was a standard room on the 72nd floor and we also had a breathtaking view! one of the coolest hotels i ever stayed at!

this is a great hotel, all the mod cons, excellent service, stunning views and a great spa. the only downsides are the location - and for us - no Wi-Fi, there are cat 5 cables in the rooms. The hotel is right in the middle of the financial (Pudong) district - impressive skyscrapers etc. but less of a tourist destination. Vietimme 8 päivää Suzhoussa ja olin varannut viimeisen yön lähempää Pudongin lentokenttää Grand Hyatt:ssa. Hotelli itsessään kokemus (maailman korkeimpia). Hinta ehkä korkea. Hotellin sisäosa eli atrium koko n.35 kerroksen korkuinen kuilu on näky. Kylpylässä emme käyneet, mutta ilmeisesti sekin jo sijaintinsa takia on kokemus (53 kerros). Huone siisti […] ja näkymät hyvät (72 kerros). Söimme huoneessa koska emme jaksaneet enää lähteä mihinkään ulos ja kaikki hotellin ravintolat olivat sillä hetkellä kiinni.
