What touched me was the extra attention paid to me when […] I the manager went out of her way to help me pack my Nian Gou and another porcelain item, which I bought at the Hotel to bring home to Singapore. It was so beautifully wrapped and made so convenient for me to carry on my flight home. The problem is the mattress is too firm, as all the chinese beds. The hotel should have other mattress more soft to the people that like it. The Shangri-la at Shangai per example, is fantastic.

I do have a check out delay, I lost my Train to Hong Kong due to the Check out in Counter, The Manager Just help me check the time table but nothing to fix my Train ticket even they do have the responsability, I had to buy another Train Ticket to Continue my Trip, bad deal.

Excelente o nível de conforto, localização e serviços. Destaque para as opções de restaurantes e cozinha ocidental! Para quem não curte comida cantonesa, este hotel foi o melhor que já me hospedei na região. O único inconveniente é o elevado preço das diárias (caríssimas) no período da Canton Fair.

Хороший отель, но только для деловых поездок. Рядом выставочный комплекс . Других приличных отелей в пешей доступности нет. Для развлечений лучше выбирать отели в центре Гуангжоу. Состояние номеров хорошее, но не brand new. В общем на 4звезды с +. Еда, рестораны и обслуживание соответствует 5 звездам. Интернет роботает на отлично и бесплатно. Завтраки […] приличные, всегда разнообразные и много фруктов. Очень комфортабельная обстановка в номере, хороший, удобный матрас и одеяло. Для обладателей карт Golden circle предлагают номер на верхних этажах + другие бенефиты. Останавливался в этом отеле 4 раза и никаких негативных впечатлений небыло. В общем рекомендую. 詳情
