DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The hallway smelled like pickles and was not air conditioned and the room was unbearably hot when we arrived. The "queen bed" seemed undersized and the pillows were unacceptable. The breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel; hard boiled eggs, cold cereal and waffles if you could get to the one waffle iron […] that was available. What was available as coffee was light brown warm water with powdered creamer. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. 詳情

The room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet. Several stores and restaurants/fast food in the area. Although, I wouldn't feel safe going out in the neighborhood alone after dark as a single woman. The housekeeping staff is very eager to the point of entering my room seconds after one knock and VERY EARLY but did take […] care good care of my needs. The hotel is located close to interstate 10 and is easy to find. There is ample parking space and the hotel is quiet. The continental breakfast is about average in quality. The room was clean and in good condition.

The hotel is situated close to I 10 and is quiet. The room was clean and the furnishings were in good condition. The hot water was on the cool side and the shower head in the bathroom was apparently intended for very tall basketball players. The breakfast was about average for a hotel continental breakfast.

"they claimed the double beds were queens"

We booked a non smoking room with one queen. When we checked in we were given a room with two double beds. When we complained, the desk clerk claimed the beds were queens, which they were not. He said they had no rooms with a single queen; only two queens or one king, and all the rooms with one king were taken. We had to call Hotels.com to get him to […] switch us to a king and he made us feel uncomfortable about that. "Better than average for Beaumont, but..."

Beaumont, unfortunately, is filled with low quality hotels. This one is far nicer than your average Sleep Inn, and clean, however, the walls are THIN. I had to change rooms at 2am due to the person snoring in the room next to me. It sounded as if he were in my room. The service was good, though, and all personnel were helpful.

"Günstig gelegen am Highway"

Das Hotel liegt günstig am Highway. Alles relativ neu und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und verfügen über alle üblichen Komfortausstattungen. Einzig und allein störend war die laute Klimaanlage, für die lustigerweise in der Lobby ein Zertifikat mit der Bezeichnung`" White Noise" ausgestellt war.
