Wornout hotel, minimal breakfast. Some things in our room were not working like the mini fridge, hot water faucet, but the worst was the bed, was really uncomfortable and could feel the springs poking into my back. Breakfast was minimal.

The hotel backside had many unfinished construction projects. They said breakfast would be ready at 7am, but at 7:15 still wasn't open. Had to eat somewhere else. To many uneven surfaces around the hotel to trip up on. Water sprinklers came on in the middle of the afternoon, so you couldn't sit in the gazebo to relax, since it was all wet. The room […] had many marks all over the walls and was in bad need of a paint job. The bathroom tile has so much mold on it. The carpet definately needed to be replaced. There was only one light fixture in the whole room and hard to see. You had to step on a button on the floor to get it to work. None of the light switch buttons worked in the room. We didn't want to take out shoes off. The neighbors and bar partied until after 2am and we didn't get sleep. Had to go home to sleep. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed out. For what we had to go pay, it was way overpriced. 詳情

We arrived at 9:45. The neon sign said "open", but the place was locked up. We dialed the house phone, but they didn't answer. We had been driving for 3 hours, and I had to pee. By calling hotels.com, we were finally able to get the desk attendant out of bed to give us our room key. He wasn't aware that we had a reservation. It seems like a hotel for […] transients. They don't advertise monthly rates, but it looks like many of their tenants are long-termers. Probably people that work the ski lifts. One room had an open window, and the place reeked of smoke. Old, months-old smoke, not last night's smoke. This, despite the non-smoking sign on the door. And there were tupperware containers and potted plants in the window sill. The facility is bulldozer bait. They have tried to patch things over, but the toilet leaked around the base, and the floor was lumpy under the carpet, and it was a challenge to shut off the water in the shower without leaving it dripping. On the positive side, we didn't have any one above us stomping in at 3:00 in the morning after the bars closed. That's because we were in the single-story section. And I was pleasantly surprised that it was not infested with bed bugs. Our man was nowhere to be seen when we checked out in the morning either. At least the door was unlocked this time. We put the room key on the ffront desk and left. My 9-year-old son was keen to note that of 16 security cameras displayed in the lobby, only 11 were working. If you are a traveler, I recommend that you not stay here. It is cheap for a reason. Your demand for the room will only raise the rates for the indigent population that lives there, and these are people that received none of the Obama patronage moeny. 詳情

I have stayed here several times now. The first time, I had a negative experiance because my reservation was not in place upon my arrival and had to call Hotels.com. Also the room we where assigned was tucked away in a dark corridor, toliet seat was broken and the room did not seem very clean. However subsequent visits check-in was simple and the room […] was better placed, and cleaner (except for small blood stain on the sheets-yuck). The price is right, hotel manager is friendly, and it is one of few hotels in the area that accept pets. 詳情

Worst place to stay ever. The staff were very rude and not accommodating.

Room very comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. Good location. Breakfast included. hotel

This motel seemed tired and little used. The rooms had rather noisy combination heaters air conditioners that made sleeping a bit of a noisy experience. The continental breakfast was OK. Overall this motel has seen better days.

We stayed here for a night while my son was playing hockey for the weekend. My first impression was that this place was older and had pretty severe deferred maintainance issues. All I hoped for was a clean/sanitary room. No problem there as the room was spotless. It looks as though there had been some recent remodeling as the bath tile and paint was […] fresh. There was a newer wall-mounted flat screen TV. Lots of hot water. It appeared to me that the property was owned or run by an extended family and that they were genuinly trying to fix the place up from the inside out. This hotel was pretty far from stateline- but I was trying to save a buck. Not worth it. The Manager/Front desk person was RUDE. Gave me 2 dirty rooms before finding a clean one. After finally finding a room I asked for an extra blanket, becuase the room was FREEZING, the man told me to find a housekeeper and ask her. I did, and she told me to go to […] the office. In the mean time I find that there is trash behind the nightstand and that my phone doesn't work. So I walk to the front office again and the guy argues with me telling me I need to find the housekeeper. I tell him I'm not running all over the place for a blanket- HE CAN. I demand a blanket within 5 minutes or I'm calling hotels.com for my money back. I get a blanket. At around 2am and 3:15am someone tries opening my door- maybe drunk people- maybe the homeless guys hanging around. I don't know. Scares me enough that I hardly sleep, not that I was sleeping that great on the rock hard, lumpy pillows and stained bed sheets anyway. If you MUST go here, bring lots of patience, your own pillow, sleeping bag, and maybe a can a mace. 詳情

The manager was a genuinely nice person with great service, the room was clean and sufficient. The location could be closer to Heavenly, but was OK. I would come here again.

Family run. Has had a very recent makeover with decent sized plasma TVs, new beds etc. My room had a log fireplace (I didn't ask for this so assume they all do). Bathrooms are shower only which I like but not all do. Plenty of hot water. The free breakfast could be fancier but it wasn't bad.

The heater was not working in the room that was reserved for me. Maintenance came to the room and was unable to correct the problem. The room did have a fireplace but there were no matches available. The front dest only had one book of matches. After a few attempts; got the fire going to have some warmth. It was a rather chilly night in Tahoe and it […] was good to have some warmth. The bed cover (comforter) had cigarette burns peppered on it. The bathroom & shower fawcet keys were very hard to turn open and to shut them. The bathroom was small. The shower stall was a tight fit to squeeze into (even for a skinny person like myself). The place needs improvement! 詳情

I would stay there again, i really like this hotel. Is clean great neighborhood, i really like it.
