Absolutely fabulous stay here, very close to all that we wanted to visit. Room facilities excellent, and very comfortable. We even got used to changing lifts at the lobby level to access those serving the accommodation levels. Some slight niggles though (as have been previously mentioned) ie: Charge of approx £10 for 24 hour wi-fi access; ridiculously […] expensive charges for breakfast in the hotel - although easy access to several coffee shops across from the vehicular access point. Nearly all local taxi drivers are unable to speak or read English; so the hotel provides small address cards with Mandarin translations of the hotel's address and the access route, with similar text on the reverse for most of the main tourist destinations ... I recommend that it would be well worth while increasing the font size of all of these Mandarin text characters - to enable the driver to effectively read them. 詳情

this is an old hotel not correctly maintained.

Very bad service, staff dont know how to speak preper english. Room A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room. staff directed our driver to wrong airpor. had a bad experiance in this hotel.

Hidden gem right on Nanjing Rd East, great everything

The location of this hotel is an absolute delight if one is in Shanghai for pleasure. I stayed 3 nights with my family and we were very statisfied with the hotel and i will surely stay there next time in Shanghai . The rooms were very comfortable as well.

Right on Nanjing Rd where the hype is; great shopping, local delights whether it is restaurants, food courts, fast foods or takeaway. Heaps of convenience stores and fast foods as well. Minutes walk to the Bund or flag a little 'tuk tuk' to take you there. Best location! Hotel is rather new and modern. Love the background music in the elevators. View […] from our room was just great, just a pity the air in Shanghai was quite polluted. Our room wasn't as spacious as I would have preferred but it was a really nice modern room. It surely wasn't built for a family but it was very comfortable. Beds were soft and so were the pillows. There was even a comfy couch and an armchair with a footrest, as well as a desk overlooking the city. We had enjoyed a buffet dinner at the lobby restaurant one night. The food quality and choice exceeded my expectations and was value for money. All in all, I was extremely happy staying at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai, and so was my family. Hotel is excellently located, building is new, room is really comfortable and staff members were friendly and really helpful. Best value hotel I've stayed in years. I really couldn't ask for more. I'll definitely stay there again when I next visit Shanghai. Highly recommended for sure! 詳情

The hotel is located right at Nanjing pedestrian street mall. Very convinient to subway station as well. Only thing is that the room is small and a little be dirty. The concierge was professional and helpful.

Excellently located hotel. The upgrade to a club suite was excellent value and certainly worth it. The views were spectacular. Would definately recommend a suite booking to a family.

My wife and I had the opportunity of staying at the hotel for 4 nights during the Rodman and Renshaw Investment conference. The job theydid for the conference was outstanding. I seriously don't know how theycould have done better One thing is the pricing on the breakfast items is a lttle steep. $20 for a cup of hot chocolat was a bit much and I would […] have spend more money in the hotel restaurants if the pricing was a little better. I am staying at the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing right now and the hotel food pricing is quite a bit lower than the Le Meridian, but granted, the view is not in the same class. Excelllent location; fantastic if you can get a good rate but careful that you don't lose the saving by eating in any of the Hotel's own restaurants

The service was good as usual, but the rooms are getting a little dated and frayed in terms of condition. The equipment in the workout room definitely needs an upgrade. That said, the large pool and the location next to the people's square are nice positives.

Rude service, hideous modern design, miserable location on E Nanjing rode with loud, aggressive hawkers yelling at you one step off hotel property. There are better hotels in Shanghai with much better views of Pudong. Would only return if super low room rate were offered again.

This hotel is right beside the main shopping street and close to the Peoples Square Metro station. Taxis are so cheap as well. Our room on the 34th floor was good and the sights of the city were brilliant.

I've stayed a the hotel 30 to 40 times and and in the past I found it a wonderful place to stay, but the staff has been downgraded the courtesy and general amenities are no longer given the detail they once had. upsale promotions are absurb entailing a surly check in person who no longer offers the welcome comctail, but rather informs you that a soft […] drink is somewhere over there in an unspecified place. Booked room grades are not honored as booked and protests that booking information indicates they are are met with a minor floor manager giving you his card and saying oh just mention me on the next time you stay. Not to mention a muriad of other failings that are beyond words to describe. Particularly the fact that one cannot leave the nanjing rd exit without being propositioned by a half dozen prostitutes even during the middle of the day. This is once great establishment is now a horrible hotel and I would hope that starwood would drop it from it's usuaully five star portfolio.You'll find better accomodations elsewhere 詳情

今回は、ジュニアスィートに４連泊しました。 　この部屋は、バス、トイレ、シャワーのスペースが、メインの部屋と壁および２つの入り口により区切られています。１つの入り口は、部屋のドアから入ってすぐ、もう１つの入り口は部屋の中央辺りとなります。よく、このホテルで言われている「トイレ等の音が部屋に良く聞こえる」といったことは、この部屋についてはまったくありませんでした。部屋との境が、ドアと壁で完全に仕切られているのに加えて、テレビの音がバススペースに音量調整付きで流れる様になっているためです。更衣スペースもありますし、バススペースが部屋からは見えないようになっています。 　部屋のレイアウトとしては、写真でもある程度わかるようにソファー、テレビ、ベットの順で並んでいます。テレビが３６０度回転するためソファーから、バス、トイレからベットからと、どこからでもテレビを見ることができます。（もちろん、バススペースから見るためにはドアを開けたままにする必要はありますが）ただ、他の方のレビューを拝見するとジュニアスィートにも２タイプの部屋があるようなのでご注意ください。 　部屋の清掃に関しては、ボタン式で「DON'T […] DISTURB」と「CLEAN ROOM」があり、「CLEAN ROOM」を押しておくと１時間もしないうちに部屋に戻っても掃除は完了していました。 　無料のミネラルウォーターは５本あり、夜６：３０になると、追加のミネラルウォーターや氷等のルームサービスがやってきます。いつもミネラルウォーターを追加で２本もらっていたため、最終日は留守にしていましたが、部屋に戻ると２本追加で置いてありました。 　バスの水に関しては、においはまったく気になりませんでした。 　ホテルのグランドフロアー（１Ｆ）から部屋へのアクセスは２本のエレベーターを乗り継ぐことになります。低層階の部屋であれば１本のエレベーターで行くこともできます。２本乗り継ぐ際も、ロビーフロアのフロントは横切る必要はありません。そのためには、グランドフロアー奥のエレベーターを乗ってください。また、２本目の、ロビーから上の客室に行くエレベーターは、ルームキーを入れないとボタンが押せません。 　朝食の味などは好みにもよりますが、種類は多い方だと思います。ただ、朝食込みのプランでない場合、３０００円近くしますので、はっきりいって高いです。 　総合すると、私はとても快適に過ごすことができたと思います。 詳情

２０１１年１２月３０日から夫婦＋６歳と２歳の子供の合計４人で３泊滞在させて頂きました。 上海のホテルを探す際に、妻の夜景が綺麗なホテルという要求で探した所、家族４人で泊まれる条件に合ったホテルは少なく、他の一般的な中国のホテルよりは多少高く思われましたが、予約させて頂きました。 結果としては、妻も私も大満足で３日間を過ごさせて頂きました。 部屋の大きさも家族４人で十分な広さであり、なにより夜景が綺麗なことに妻は満足しておりました。 また、ＤＶＤプレーヤーが備付けになっていたので子供らも、私らが休んでいる間、飽きることなく過ごす事が出来ました。 ただ一つ、ベッドサイズがキングサイズだった為、４人で寝るには少々狭かったことと、部屋の清掃時間が遅く、３時頃に観光から戻っても、まだ部屋の清掃が終わっ […] ていなかったのが少々気になりました。 最後に、総合的に見ると、マイナスの点はあるものの夜景の綺麗さや、観光スポットへのアクセスの良さ等、十分に満足できる内容であり、また家族で上海に行くことがあれば、ぜひ滞在させていただきたいと思います。 詳情

Har bott på detta hotell tidigare, tyvärr så har underhållet av hotellet eftersatts. Blev mycket besviken. Upprustning och renovering är nödvändigt om hotellet ska behålla sina 5 stjärnor. Detta är INTE ett 5 stjärnigt hotell numera. Restaurangerna är ok, men inte mera. Lunchbuffén är prisvärd. Läget är toppen, vid den stora shoppinggatan, nära till […] många sevärdheter. Nos hemos alojado en el meridien shanghai una semana recientemente por vacaciones ,teniamos una suite preciosa , espaciosa, super pantalla de plasma ,con unas vistas inmejorables. La atencion al cliente, la limpieza, el confort, el mobiliario , la decoracion ,todo perfecto. Le encontramos 2 fallos por decirlo de alguna forma, le falta un pub con ambiente […] nocturno , en la ultima planta hay un bar lounge muy bonito pero es muy tranquilo en el piso de abajo si que hay un pub mas disco pero lo alquilan para eventos y bodas con lo cual muchos fines de semana no puedes acceder aunque seas cliente porque te prohiben el paso. Aparte la zona en la que se situa el hotel es muy centrica pero nada bonita, en esa parte de la calle nanjing si eres occidental no te puedes pasear ni 2 mn tranquilo porque no paran de perseguirte para venderte cosas,cuando digo que te persiguen es literal , no aceptan un no por respuesta educado, insisten e insisten demasiado. Hay muchas otras partes de la ciudad en la que esto no sucede. Tampoco es una pega como para no alojarse, es ir acostumbrandose. う～ん高級ビジネスホテルかな。 Lobby階が喫茶店みたいでプレミアム感が低い。 宿泊客以外の人達も多いため、まるで百貨店内のビジネスホテル。 部屋も、基本的にせまく、綺麗な設備だけど他の5星と比べると格の違いが・・・メリディアンはメリディアンか・・・

Fyra glas mjölk för 200 kr på den italienska restaurangen och en rigid portier vid incheckningen drog ned totalintrycket. Vi hade bokat för två vuxna och två barn via Hotels.Com men när vi anlände sa hotellet att det bara var möjligt med två sängar i det rum som var bokat. Vem som gjort fel, Hotels.Com eller Meridien får vi aldrig veta, men hotellet […] var väl långsamma att ta fram en lösning för att kallas förstklassigt. Däremot funkade hämtning vid flygplatsen bra trots att vårt plan var inställt och vi fick byta flygplats och dag men ett samtal till conciergen räckte för att få det rätt. TIll vissa delar verkar hotellets tjänster överprissatta och hade det inte regnat hade vi tex knappast ätit på hotellet, Dock snygga och bekväma rum och fantastisk utsikt när vädret tillåter och mycket bra läge nära Nanjing Road och tunnelbana samt gångastånd till Bund och Shanghai Museum. Ta dock reda på om Hotels.Com har rätt info om rummen så ni inte råkar ut för att hotellet säger att de bekräftat något annat än ni tror ni bokat. 詳情

Quand nous sommes arrivés la première fois dans cet hotel nous avons eu la chambre vers les 13h00. A la réception quelques problèmes de compréhension car pour certains réceptionistes leurs anglais est approximatif !!! Comme nos 2 enfants devaient dormir dans le Sofa Bed à notre arrivée à la chambre nous avons constaté que le lit des enfants n'étaient […] pas prêts. Et là ça était très compliqué et un peu long pour arriver à avoir ce lit fait. Sinon l'hotel est propre et agréable (malgré quelques petits problème de plomberie), Bien insonorisé, grands couloirs, avec ascenseurs rapides et agréable. Il y a également une piscine au 10ème étage, très bien pour faire des longeurs. Hotel bien emplacement à proximité de beaucoup de commerces, un voiturier devant l'hôtel qui traduit au chauffeur où vous voulez vous rendre en visite, car les taxis chinois ne parlent pas du tout l'anglais. (ne pas oublier la carte de l'hotel pour pouvoir revenir car il y a l'explication en chinois pour qu'il vous ramene à bon port). Nous avons fait trois nuits au début de notre voyage et 4 pour finir, Hotel que je recommenderai. Je sais qu'il y avait des restaurants dans l'hotel mais nous n'avons pas profité à part un soir nous sommes allez au Bar au 66ème étages pour boire une verre avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville 詳情

nearby the city center, nice restaurants in the hotel, rooms are rather 'small' but they offer all comfort.

Enestående hotel, ligger perfekt med udgang til forretnings-hovedgaden i Shanghai (East Nanjing Road) og tæt på metrostation. Hotellet er luksus til fornuftig pris. Vi gav lidt ekstra og fik et værelse på 47 etage med en fantastisk udsigt over byen og adgang til Lounge med bl.a. morgenmad, eftermiddagskage og et let aftenmåltid. Fine badefaciliteter […] med pool, jacuzzi, sauna, m.v. samt meget fine fitness faciliteter. Værelset var noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet. Morgenmaden var overvældende i udvalg og kvalitet. Hotellet kan klart anbefales og er alle pengene værd. 詳情
