Grosvenors House Dubai...never lets me down. All in one spot with excellent service and a genuine smile. B Attitude Spa is the best! Efforts highly appreciated :) Loved it..loved it...loved it!

we were upgraded to tower two ,and had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel First class service Whilst it seemed at first a little distant from the main attractions, the taxis in Dubai are so available and cheap this was not an issue The one bedroom apartment is excellent value

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is fine for the Marina and there are a selection of local restaurants. Unless you want to be ripped off, you are going to need those restaurants, as they are a third of the price of those in the hotel. I understand that this is a 5 star hotel, but is there really a need to charge over £30 for a […] breakfast, or £30 for a biriyani in Indego? We will stay in Atlantis next time in Dubai, as although the rates might be slightly more, the hotel is newer, in a fantastic location and only charges London West End prices for food, rather than double that, which the Grosvenor charges. 詳情

Super friendly staff. The room was awesome, huge, spotlessly clean & the balcony gave me views of the Marina & across Dubai. I hired a driver, through the hotel, for 5 hours to show me around Dubai & the cost was surprisingly low. The Turkish Restaurant at the hotel was wonderful, authentic, fantastic staff & again the bill for a spectacular meal, a […] few beers & a real coffee was cheap. Mini Bar prices were reasonable too. All over it was a wonderful overnight introduction to Dubai & I will be back & will stay again at Grosvenor House. Emirates airline provides overnight stays in Dubai on the way to Europe. 詳情

Lovely place!

Place was amazing and justifies its TA number tag. Buddha Bar and Siddhartha Lounge are great and then you have the amazing restaurants.. Definately reccomend this place

Best hotel I have stayed in Dubai

My wife and 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We found the service to be superb, the pool facilities excellent (although they're on the 4th floor without much of a surrounding), and the food to b phenomenal, especially at the Ottoman Restaurant on the ground level.

This hotel lived up to the ratings that have been provided on many sites about it. It was clean, comfortable, luxurious and the best thing about it was the friendliness of the staff. We felt spoilt rotten during our stay and were impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. Booking tours was very easy and the restaurants in the hotel were so good […] that we ate within the resort most nights! Everything is located fairly closely to the hotel and it was nice to go across to the sister hotel Le Meridien Hotel and Spa on the beach front and then return to the more luxiourious Grosvenor. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food was endless and our room was a good size with a great view. The only disadvantage is that the pool area has a shadow due to other buildings nearby, but you can go across to Le Meridien for sunbathing at any time for free. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, you will not be disappointed. 詳情

WE paid for the upgrade to club class which allows you to use the bar for a couple of hours during the day for snacks and free drinks. We had booked for 5 nights and in 4 nights never used the FREE facility of the club members lounge at all. Then 1 night we used our dorr card to gain entrance to the members lounge, the room was full totallypeople were […] all being served in a fine way. Because the room was full they asked my hubby and myself to sit in another ajoining room, as we were being escorted there they decided to put is back in the busy room as someone was leaving.We passed a member of staff who asked us if we were members Of course we said otherwise we could not have gained entrace as you need your club room key to get in.then we went to sit down and I ordered 2 drinks, It took approx 10 mins and then a member of staff knelt down on the floor next to my chair and asked AGAIN if we were members.It was very off putting as everyone was staring at us in the room obviously expecting us to be escorted out of their club room. I then asked the staff member if he wanted to see my keycard and as he had already taken our name and suite number he had checked it was all ok.. He then apologised and went to get the drinks. As i had ordered Bacardi and ginger for myself and wine for my hubby , It seemed to take forever to arrive, when it did I asked him if he had been to JAMACIA for the rum but he didnt seem to get my flipancy and I did not appreciate theirs SO WE LEFT THE CLUB ROOM THEN as i got outside i asked for the clubroom manager, I totally explained my situation of being embarassed by his staff, and he totally agreed that the situation should never have happened. We left the hotel to go out for a meal and when we arrived back at the suite, they had been in and left enough fresh fruit and a nice bottle of wine as an apology.... 詳情

I've stayed in a lot of DXB hotels over the years, but we still end up coming back to GHH. The hotel is wonderful, the service is the best we have received anywhere in the world and my favourite restaurant, Indego, never fails to deliver. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

We had a 5 night stay at the Grosvenor in a club room. This is a fantastic hotel with absolutely stunning customer service. All the staff greet you, some even by name if they have learned it and the staff can't seem to do enough for you. The hotel is good with nice amentities and a lovely pool area. The breakfast in Sloanes is great with a great selection […] and it is all so fresh. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the location, there is not a lot around this hotel within reasonable walking distance. Although the hotel does provide a regular shuttle to its sister hotel (Le Royal Meridien) and also there is a daily shuttle service to from from the Mall of The Emirates and The Dubai Mall. We have never stayed at a hotel like this... it was truly a fantastic experience. We only wish we could've stayed longer. I just left The Grosvenor House (GH) after staying there 6 nights with my gf. I am a very experienced traveller with a record of +800 flights and +100 hotels in the past 10 years. GH is from my experience one of the best hotels you will ever find. It has outstanding value for money and easily outcompetes almost all other 5* hotels I`ve stayed in. I […] would compare it to the Wynn in Las Vegas. The location is great for a high level Dubai trip. The hotel is stylish and the rooms spacious with a very tasteful interior and bathroom. The staff are super profesional and everything is kept shiningly clean with no exception to the room. My only dissatisfaction with this hotel is the price level on the restaurants. Although they are nice and classy, they are way overpriced compared to surrounding restaurants. Breakfast and lunch are 300$ pr. day for two people, with no alternative options. Dinner is 200-800$/day for 2 people depending on your eating and drinking habits. Fortunately you will find nice cafe`s just arround the corner overlooking the marina. In a 10 min. taxiradius (very cheap in Dubai) you will find any restaurant your heart desires. If you`re going to Dubai do yourself the favor and book this hotel if you can afford it. Immediately infront of the hotel is the on going construction of the sister hotel which obscures the view of the ocean, can be a little noisey. U my get a great deal on the accomodation but remember this is a real 5 star hotel and all the food and drinks will still cost 5 star prices !

Fantastiskt fint hotel med trevlig personal. Vi bokade ett rum för tre pers, vilket vi blev rekommenderade. Det var bara en säng, så vi fick be om en extra. Det gick bra, men blev lite trångt.

Første gong til Dubai og vi angra ikkje eit sekund på at vi valgte Grosvenor House Hotel Dubai. Budde i "Tower 1". Hotellet hadde god service, flott hotell, nydelige rom og fantastisk mat der vi vil anbefale alle restaurantane på hotellet. Taxi er såpass billig i Dubai at du kjem deg akkurat dit du vil for ein billig peng. I tillegg stiller hotellet […] med gratis buss til strand (3 min kjøretur) og til det arabiske kjøpesenteret. Bra affärs hotel Mycket bra sviter och trevliga resturanger Det enda negativa är att det inte ligger på stranden Fick ett rökrum men det märktes inte alls. Bodde i en stor två rums svit med kök och två toaletter

Fantastisk vänlighet och service. Stora, bekväma och ljusa lägenheter. Trångt vid poolen och den kom i skugga vid 14-tiden. Svårt/omöjligt att promenera annat än vid marinan pga trafik.

En herlig oplevelse med masser af god service og smilende imødekommende personale. Skønt.

Hervorragender Service, beste Qualität und umfangreiches Leistungsangebot in diesem außergewöhnlichen Top-Hotel. Leider nicht unmittelbare Strandlage, aber regelmäßiger Hoteleigener Shuttle zum nur 5 Minuten entfernten Strandhotel der gleichen Hotelgruppe wird angeboten.

We had a great stay at Grosvenor house. Beautiful hotel and great room. The only thing that was missing was beach access directly from the hotel. However the hotel provides a shuttlebus to the nearby sisterhotel where you can use the beach and all pools. I guess this keeps the price below the beachside hotels, which is fine by me. Boka ett clubrum (om du får ett ok pris)! Då ingår inte bara världens maffigaste frukostbuffé utan även jättefint afternoon tea och snittar och drinkar på kvällen. För oss innebar det i stort sett helpension. Dessutom ingår då transport till/från flygplatsen. Hotellet ligger inte precis vid stranden, men har en fin pool och det går shuttle till stranden […] hela tiden. Restaurangen Rhodes Mezzanine är fin men det vi åt var inte riktigt värt de höga priserna. Utsikten begränsas av ett nytt hotelltorn framför det nuvarande, men man har fortfarande fina utsikter högt upp i huset. Skulle gärna återkomma hit om jag åkte till Dubai igen. 詳情
