As always, staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were dirty. The breakfast area was not kept clean. Construction going on was a minor annoyance.

The room was very clean and well-appointed, However, the hotel was under major renovations, with the total foyer stripped to bare bones (unknown to us at booking). We could have managed that, but, having brought toddlers to enjoy the pool, we were incensed when we could not use the pool at opening time in the morning due to poor chemical readings and […] we were told, by an indifferent desk clerk, that the next pool test would not be until11:30 a.m. (checkout at noon!!!!). We had a very nice time, the staff was on top all of our needs and the housekeeping was awesome special dealing with our children. The only problem we found was we would have liked to know they were going to be under construction.

Having spent 3 days with 3 small dogs and 2 cats with no electricity in the aftermath of the recent blizzard, we decided enough and went in search of a safe haven for all of us. We found it at the Hampton Inn in Plymouth. This was a great choice for our family! We have never been to Plymouth before and came to see the Plantation and the Mayflower II. Nice hotel and friendly staff, but a little further from historical Plymouth than we realized. The complimentary breakfast has the most amazing selection of food choices that I've ever seen offered at a hotel breakfast area. My daughter liked swimming in the indoor heated pool. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms were very clean and a nice size. The bathroom had a granite standing counter and awesome sandstone-like tile on the floor. Loved the white comforter and nice bed! It was close enough to walk to the restaurants and stores at the strip mall, but not close enough to hear all the noise. Very quiet location!

Most important of all, the hotel was clean, and well-kept. Staff members that we came in touch with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, and replenished as needed. The hotel itself is within easy reach of Cape Cod, Boston and other attractions. We am becoming confident that we can count upon Hampton Inn.

However: i contacted the hotel prior to arriving to try and get a non smoking room..To my surprise no one wanted to hear what i had to say, I was hung up on , talked over so i couldn't get a word in and was very unhappy with the reception i recieved upon arrriving.. We stayed three nights. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Coffee maker in room didn't work and it never got replaced. I told them about it when we were leaving and they were apologetic and they gave a credit on the bill.

Very well maintained property. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Very quiet. We were on the fourth floor and didn't hear a peep all night. We forgot toothpaste and the front desk gave us enough to last our stay. Overall would stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Plymouth again and again.

Overall, I'm very happy with this hotel. The only caveat is that if you book there, you should take the term "suite" with a grain of salt. The "suites" are large hotel rooms with a couch and kitchenette. They are not suites in the traditional sense -- a living room separate from the bedroom. If you're travelling with a small child and you want to be […] up after the kid goes to sleep, that's not easy in these "suites." Otherwise, the service is prompt and the hotel is well-maintained. This is our second visit to the hotel, so we knew what to expect, "suite"-wise. We needed a pack & play, and it was brought up to our room within minutes of requesting it. The room was clean. The only thing I noticed was a bit more mildew in the tub grout now that the hotel has a bit of age, but it was clear they've tried to clean it because it was faded; I had no complaints about the bathroom otherwise. The bed is decent, the internet works well & is free, and the breakfast is on the high end of hotels that offer complimentary breakfasts -- warm food & make-your-own waffles, plus a full continental breakfast. There are also a lot of restaurants very close by (Bertucci's, Chili's, Friday's, etc. -- not haute cuisine but about the best you can expect in Plymouth). Overall, knowing the existing hotel stock in Plymouth fairly well (we have family there, so visit every year or so), the Hampton Inn is probably your best option. 詳情
