Good position near to Beau Vallon Beach ,just need 5 minutes . Service is excellent and Staff are helpful .the villa built by wood is fantasy,and the balcony is large and have a nice view. The food is delicious and give us fresh snack every day.

Everything is super nice and way beyond my expectation. The only complaint I have is the tiny beach - but the Beau Vallon (big beach) is 5 mins away so that's not really a problem.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff seems to try their best to satisfy their guests will. However, it doesn't always work out in the best way. As a start we ordered an airport pickup, "Private Luxury Transfer", as they call it, for 61 Euros(!) (distance 18km). Full of expectation we had to first wait 20 minutes for this pickup and secondly it […] was a very ordinary, mid-sized, car. The driver explained that the hotel had called him and said we would be delayed. We had not even been in touch with the hotel. The first hickup. On arrival we did not get our booked villa, Oceanfront. We got a hillside villa and as a compensation we were invited to a candlelight dinner, which was a nice gesture of course, but still an overall disappointment as a first impression at check in. Our hillside villa was number 216. The view was in fact quite OK but every evening and early morning (around 0600hrs!) hundreds of screaming birds woke us up, sitting in a tree 5 meters away from the terrasse. So, unless you are an 'early bird'.., I would not recommend to stay in that villa. This is a typical resort where you better stay in the hotel premises, which in the long run may be a bit boring. OK for 4 days though. The nearby village is only good for dinner, in case you are on bed and breakfast. Final hickup was on the day of checkout when I discovered that the complimentary candlelight dinner had been billed and they also claimed we were supposed to pay the drinks ourselves. Something that not had been mentioned on the day of check in and when this was offered. After some negotiation and some internal phone calls they waived that part. Since we left with the early Emirates morning flight I had ordered a wake up call at 05.45hrs. They woke us up one hour earlier, at 04.45hrs, and we could not fall asleep again. Not the best start of the return trip.. So, to summarise. It's a nice hotel but if they should deserve their five stars fully (and their quite high rates!) they need to be mor 詳情

Excellent Hotel it's just a shame that you have to pay to have internet and in the Villas it's not wireless.

Все просто было супер, лучшее место для медового месяца!!!!! Русскоязычный гид Мария большая молодец, и начальник в ресторане Венод(это имя его) красавчик!!!! Только услышав что у нас медовый месяц весь отель стоял на ушах и очень душевно!!!! Спасибо всем!!!!
