Arrival - no key no office no room number no warning TRS 2 miles away had key - I had to pick up and lost 2 hours off my stay Room was small and overpriced, TV remote did not work, wife left and went home. Hotel occupants rude

my husbands wallet was stolen right before our trip so hotels.com suggested we obtain a prepaid credit card and take it for proof of a valid credit card when we checked in. The jerks at this hotel would not check us in because we did not have a valid credit card, plus charged us for the room! These people are crooks and also they don't even have a office […] on site you have to drive 5 miles away to even check in! 詳情
