I was extremely comfortable at the Hotel Africa! The hotel was spotless and the decor bright and elegant. The desk staff might have been better schooled in English, because they didn't seem to understand me all of the time. However, they were cheerful and when they did understand me they were quite attentive. They also were not well schooled in local […] restaurants and couldn't make suggestions. Security was top notch in an already safe area. The very expensive breakfast buffet was not what an American might want, but part of that is because it is in a Muslim country and bacon and pork sausage are not readily available. However, the selection was definitely adequate and the Tunisian eggs were out of this world if you can handle spicey food for your first meal. They also had cereals, yogurts and breads. Dinner, which was also pricey, was extremely tasty and well presented. The next time I am in Tunis I will definitely stay at the Hotel Africa! 詳情

Bon emplacement , bon accueil , personnel trés agréable mais n'avait pas pris en compte ma réservation pour une chambre située dans les 3 premiers étages. Prestations pas à la hauteur du prix d'un 5 étoiles. pas d'eau chaude , mauvaise évacuation de la baignoire , impossible de régler la clim.

Très bonne emplacement, personnel agréable mais service insuffisant (chaines TV mal règlées, internet ne fonctionne pas, bar trop petit, service du réveil inefficace) mais le tout avec le sourire quand même.
